Snowy Owl at the Calgary Zoo
I feel like this owl spotted me, started to turn its head, and then looked at me suspiciously, like, "Who are you?" Otherwise, it was quite content to just sit and hang in one spot, occasionally turning its head again to see what's going on around it. I think it's a nice treat to be able to get up a little bit closer to this owl; the enclosure at the Calgary Zoo is open, and there is a pair that sits together. The typical range for the snowy owl is the Arctic, and they are well equipped for the cold. I wonder if they enjoy the chill as much as I do?

Hi @mmckinneyphoto13,
It seems I am looking at a wizard, very wise and elderly. I would love to come across an owl in the forest and be given the chance to photograph it.
Cheers!
That bird is beautiful, majestic. Greetings.
