When I go from the office to the nearest cafe to have lunch, I always see ducks in this place. Sometimes there are a lot of them, and sometimes even a lot.
There are small fast-food shops in this place, and people feed the birds. These are usually bakery products. You can't feed birds with them, especially in winter, but it's still better than not eating at all.

Last night, I decided to walk home from the office through the city ponds to see their condition. The lower pond froze completely, leaving clean water only at the point where the water from the upper pond fell. And there is no ice at all on the upper pond, so all the ducks gathered in this place.
I saw that the woman was feeding the ducks, and it wasn't bread. She put grain on the snow. And that's right!
