Hive Open Mic Week 293 – La Mano de Dios | Multi-instrumental Cover by @Rosana6
Happy Monday, Hive Open Mic community! I greet you with great pleasure and joy in this week 293, in which we find ourselves with the theme “Opening Seas,” a topic that for me is an allegory for freedom.
When we think of a sea opening up, we immediately remember that feat in which God opened the Red Sea so that the Israelites could pass through and flee from their Egyptian pursuers. This symbolism of liberation also applies in today's life, every time God provides us with His help when we seek Him with a sincere heart, especially in the most difficult moments. Only God is capable of opening new paths for us and restoring our hope in times of despair, since his powerful intervention can remove all those obstacles that keep us from happiness and peace.
On this occasion, I would like to present a song called La Mano de Dios (The Hand of God), performed by Dominican Christian music singer Jon Carlo, from his album Mi Más Grande Pasión (My Greatest Passion), released in 2009. I chose this piece because its lyrics perfectly describe the theme, emphasizing that God's powerful hand lifts us up when we lose strength and adversity comes into our lives, just as He helped Moses part the sea in two to save his people, since nothing is impossible for Him. I hope many of you enjoy this multi-instrumental presentation.
¡Feliz lunes, comunidad de Hive Open Mic! Les saludo con gran placer y alegría en esta semana 293, en la que nos encontramos con la temática “Abriendo Mares”, un tópico que para mí es una alegoría a la libertad.
Cuando pensamos en un mar que se abre, inmediatamente recordamos aquella hazaña en la que Dios abrió el mar rojo para que los israelitas pudieran pasar y huir de sus perseguidores egipcios. Este simbolismo de liberación también aplica en la vida actual, cada vez que Dios nos provee de su auxilio cuando lo buscamos con un corazón sincero, especialmente en los momentos más difíciles. Solo Dios es capaz de abrirnos nuevos caminos y devolvernos la esperanza en tiempos de desesperación, ya que su poderosa intervención puede quitar todos aquellos obstáculos que nos alejan de la felicidad y la paz.
En esta ocasión deseo presentarles una canción que lleva por nombre La Mano de Dios, interpretada por el cantante dominicano de muisca cristiana Jon Carlo, perteneciente a su álbum Mi Más Grande Pasión, lanzado en el año 2009. Elegí esta pieza porque en su letra describe perfectamente la temática, haciendo énfasis en que la mano poderosa de Dios nos levanta cuando perdemos fuerzas y llegan las adversidades a nuestra vida, así como ayudó a Moisés a dividir el mar en dos para salvar a su pueblo, ya que nada es imposible para Él. Espero que esta presentación multi instrumental sea del agrado de muchos.
