‎Hello everyone welcome to hive open mic week 302 I'm @respect01 and for this week entry I'm singing a medley of two songs.

‎This song says we lift your name higher, that is we lift the name of Jesus higher above and other God in heaven and earth and we are always in his presence singing hallelujah to his name because there is no one like him.
‎This song is a clear declaration of faith and reverence. When we sing “we lift Your name higher,” we are boldly proclaiming that the name of Jesus stands above every other name. His name is lifted higher than fear, higher than sickness, higher than every power and authority. As believers, lifting His name is not just with our voices but with our lives, choosing to remain in His presence daily and offering Him continuous praise. This agrees with the Bible in Philippians 2:9–11, which says that God has exalted Him and given Him a name above every other name, and at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow. In His presence, our hearts overflow with gratitude, and hallelujah becomes our natural response,

‎The second song, a beautiful Hausa worship song, says “Mai magani na nan, sunan sa Yesu,” meaning “The great physician is here, His name is Jesus.” This song reminds us that Jesus is our helper and healer in every situation. He is not far away; He is present and willing to restore. The scripture in Jeremiah 17:14 says, “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved.” This is why I love this song so much—it carries hope, healing, and assurance that Jesus is all we need.
