Good day, beloved Hivians! I hope we are all doing great and have had a glorious day. I welcome you to my blog. I am @oluthomas, and I’m delighted to have you stop by.

In Week 258 of the Hive Open Mic, a theme was given for us to sing in relation toUnder the Skin. I will be singing a song titled Yahweh is inside me by Pure Streams but the one I prefer was the one that some two lady sang with only acoustic guitar and the drum.

From my perspective, this theme speaks to the idea of having so much potential within, yet it has not yet manifested. It remains locked inside, waiting for the right moment to unveils.

This theme can carry different meanings, depending on how one chooses to interpret it. Some people possess far more within them than what is visible on the outside. Many have been underestimated due to their physical looks, only for others to later realize how intelligent, talented, or extraordinary those personalities truly are.

The song I chose to sing reflects this idea “under the skin”. It speaks of having someone inside me, the One who has the power to perfect what is imperfect, to create what does not yet exist, and to bring life to what was once dead. Though people may look down on you physically, do not be discouraged. Keep following God, and in due time, His plans for you will surely manifest.
