📸 Qurator's Photo Quest | Astrophotography
Hey photographers!
I recently had an incredible encounter with the stars and I always remember that moment that I want to share here with you in this Qurator Astrophotography contest.
It was night on the road, heading towards Interlaken, Switzerland, along dark and winding roads, surrounded by forests.
Suddenly we heard a waterfall, yes water flowing, and curiosity got the better of us and we decided to stop and try to see something.
When we got out of the car, the sound of the water became louder. We entered a clearing a little and that's when we looked up.
The sight was nothing short of magical. Above us was a sky with countless stars, each twinkling brightly against the deep firmament of night.
I placed my Poco F3 on a tripod on top of the car, turned off the headlights and started trying to capture this spectacle.
The darkness and positioning the cell phone was a challenge, but I managed to complete the task.
I tried different long exposure settings, hoping to capture the essence of this starry spectacle with the car serving as an improvised platform, and tried to make the most of it.
The night was cold and silent, except for the sound of the waterfall.
I saw that some life had come out, but I said jokingly that it would be cool to "develop the photos", doing some editing to intensify the images.
As it was an improvised Astrophotography session, without appropriate equipment, I think the result was acceptable.
Using some Snapseed filters and adjustments, I was able to enhance the image from that night and even make some colors appear.
That starry night will remain forever in my memory and I hope my photo captures a little of that experience.

Recentemente tive um encontro incrível com as estrelas e sempre lembro desse momento que quero compartilhar aqui com vocês neste concurso de Astrofotografia do Qurator.
Estava de noite na estrada, indo em direção à Interlaken, na Suíça, por estradas escuras e sinuosas, cercadas por florestas.
De repente ouvimos uma cascata, sim da água fluindo, e a curiosidade falou mais alto e decidimos parar e tentar ver alguma coisa.
Quando saímos do carro, o som da água ficou mais alto. Entramos um pouco em uma clareia e foi quando olhamos para cima.
A visão não foi nada menos que mágica. Acima de nós estava um céu com inúmeras estrelas, cada uma piscando intensamente contra o firmamento profundo da noite.
Coloquei meu Poco F3 em um tripé em cima do carro, apaganos os faróis e comecei a tentar capturar esse espetáculo.
A escuridão e posicionar o celular foi um desafio, mas consegui concluir a tarefa.
Tentei diferentes configurações para longa exposição, na esperança de capturar a essência desse espetáculo estrelado com o carro servindo de plataforma improvisada e tentei aproveitar ao máximo.
A noite fria e silenciosa, exceto pelo som da cachoeira.
Vi que alguns vida tinha saído, mas levei de ter falado brincando que seria legal "revelar as fotos", fazendo alguma edição para intensificar as imagens.
Por ser uma sessão de improvisada de Astrofotografia, sem equipamento apropriado, acho que resultado foi aceitável.
Usando alguns filtros e ajustes do Snapseed, pude ascender a imagem daquela noite e até algumas cores aparecerem.
Essa noite estrelada permanecerá para sempre na minha memória e espero que minha foto consiga passar um pouco dessa experiência.
