Do we all know of someone who is very creepy? I do have a colleague who is seated just right opposite me in the office who is such a creep.

He loves to speak very loudly in the office expressing his opinion, this is made worse when he gets excited or agitated during discussion, he would get louder and it advertly disturb my online meeting especially in cases when I have to go unmute and speak up in my meeting, he become my "background" noise.

After checking in with a couple of his department colleague, I was told he was an extremely bright student who used to study on scholarship and after some work encounter with him. I realize he creepy behaviour originates from his lack of situation awareness. He is constantly out of the norm, doing thing he thinks is logically but most of the time, we find him such a creep that we need to handle with care.
