We Are Alive! A Sabbath Rest on a Snowy Day

Today, nothing happened and it was a delight! I shouldn't say "nothing", because the day was filled with conversations, joy, scripture and much fun.

The children rejoiced with NO schoolwork.
Mommy rejoiced with getting time to rest in bed.
Daddy rejoiced with not having any work to do today.
We all rejoiced because it's a day of rest!

Meanwhile, outside it's cold and snowy. We are so grateful for a warm house and we do not take it for granted, even for a moment!

I'll be honest, that first picture reminded me of a time a long time ago when some nieces were visiting my home, and my wife and two daughters had an afternoon of chichas and a sleepover, I was the butler HAHA and I took care of them like queens.

Good for all of you that you had a day off, and that you were out of work.

I am so happy for your home.

‘Girls' evening in winter. Here in Canada, with the cold temperatures, we say that winter brings the family together, as we are all at home. Blessings to you, have a wonderful time.

We do not take a warm home for granted, there are enemies out there who desire us to give up our gas, for much more expensive and regulated electric. We are blessed and we know the Most High is really in charge. !BBH
