      Hola amigos, nuevamente Zuni por acá y esta vez con una publicación familiar. Cumpleaños de mi madre número 62 y la visita inesperada de mi hermana, con su pequeña bebé.

      Todos los cumpleaños son diferentes y este me ha hecho pensar. Recuerdo que años anteriores, cuando nuestra madre cumplía años, todos los hijos dejaban sus obligaciones y venían a pasar un rato con ella. Hoy eso no sucede, todos tenemos familias, trabajos y obligaciones. Y todas las excusas son entendibles y es por eso, que mi idea no es cuestionar eso. Sino simplemente reflexionar sobre este tema.

      Mis sobrinos todos ya grandes y mis hijos también. Sin darme cuenta, todos estamos un poquito más grandes. Mamá también, aunque parezca que el tiempo no pasa, está pasando. Mi hermana apareció con su bebé y espero sea el último, ya que con sus 39 años, parió su tercer hijo. Fue una sensación rara la que tuve al levantar en mi brazo a mi sobrina. Rememoré mis épocas de madre primeriza, con la casa llena de chicos, llantos por todos lados e incertidumbre de saber por qué llora la nena. Ahí me di cuenta que ya estoy grande, porque cuando se fueron, previo a una ducha me quedé tendida en la cama.

      Dicen que los niños traen alegría el hogar y vida. Puede que sí, pero en mi caso prefiero la paz. Mis hijos se ríen, cuando me dicen que cambiaré de opinión cuando tenga nietos. No sé sinceramente, pero quiero una vejez con estilo, viajando, corriendo y comiendo cosas raras por el mundo. Pero dicen que los nietos, son los verdaderos hijos y uno lo disfruta doblemente. No lo sé, esperaré y veremos.

      Volviendo al tema en cuestión sobre la asistencia de mis hermanos al cumpleaños de mi madre, creo que es la ley de la vida. Una madre siempre quiere que los hijos estén juntos y más en estas fechas. No sé si pienso de la misma manera, y quizás en el futuro A mí también me pase. Debemos prepararnos para caminar los últimos años de nuestro tiempo en este plano, con los hijos creciendo en otros lugares. Es lo que toca y así debe ser.
