Somos la generación que nació en 2 mundos [ESP-ENG]

Podríamos definirnos como la generación que más trabaja, o la que tiene que reinventarse.
Nuestros padres estudiaron, trabajaron y gracias a ello pudieron tener estabilidad. Una casa, auto, incluso algunos invirtieron en crear empresas familiares.
Otros no estudiaron y aun así lograron sus metas.
Mientras que la generación actual debe enfrentar nuevos retos. Como, por ejemplo, que un influencer haciendo vídeos bailando genere 3 veces más en un día que un profesional.
Esto ha calado en los jóvenes en la actualidad de una forma bárbara. El otro día, escuchando algo que me comentaba mi madre sobre una conocida, mencionaba que no quería estudiar porque ahora no tenía sentido.
En eso pensaba mientras leía el post de @apineda La generación más preparada… ¿y la más desilusionada?.
Al menos en nuestro país, hasta ahora, los trabajos que abundan son trabajar como almacenista, cajera o despachador.
Muchas personas que conozco trabajan en ello. Personas con una carrera profesional, pero que no consiguen trabajo con su profesión, o no les pagan lo suficiente ejerciéndola.
Yo soy la segunda de ese grupo. Además de que era muy difícil estudiar, me lo "permitían" en el trabajo; sin embargo, salía muy tarde y no tenía energías para nada más.
Dejé mi empleo y me dediqué a hacer cosas aleatorias en los primeros meses, sobreviviendo con algunos ahorros.
En ese entonces no fue fácil. Volví al trabajo remoto, y es lo que hago hasta ahora con mis emprendimientos.
También, la época actual ha cambiado.
Ahora somos la era de la IA
Algunos dicen que hay trabajos que dejarán de existir debido a la IA.
Así que vivimos en la época de adaptarse o morir. Aunque suene extremista, es la realidad que tenemos. La tecnología es el día a día, por lo que no solo consiste en estar informados, sino en manejar las herramientas.
Un ejemplo es el trabajo remoto. Tiene ciertas diferencias con el presencial; dominas más herramientas.
En todo este tiempo he aprendido a manejar varias y con ello he logrado algunos objetivos.
Pero, a pesar de que somos la generación que nació con la era del internet, no es algo que todos dominen.
Hay personas que no saben usar herramientas tecnológicas, no están disponibles para ellos o que incluso les parece extremadamente complicado.
Podríamos decir que es extraño cuando todos hoy en día tenemos un teléfono en la mano a diario; sin embargo, una buena parte de la población desconoce la importancia de sus datos y cómo protegerlos.
Esta generación marcará la diferencia para las siguientes
Aunque todo suene como película apocalíptica, la realidad es que esta generación marcará un paso importante para la próxima.
Puede que sea uno positivo si se toman las decisiones correctas, lo cual esperemos que así sea.
Por otra parte, nuestra generación tiene algo muy bueno, que es un extra: La comunicación llega a cada rincón del mundo.
Con ello, muchas personas, sin importar el lugar donde estén, pueden enseñar a otros vía online cualquier actividad que se requiera.
Un ejemplo y muy bueno es Hive Blog, YouTube y otros medios de comunicación donde estamos personas a las que nos gusta comunicar nuestros pensamientos, ideas y habilidades al mundo entero con algunos clics.
De esta manera se puede llevar ese mensaje de esperanza, incluso esas opciones que tanto necesita esa persona.
Parece que parte de la población está en el limbo, lo cual, desde mi punto de vista, se debe a que estamos en esa transición. Cada día hay algo nuevo ante lo cual adaptarnos, sin contar las nuevas necesidades que quieren venderte.
Todo esto abruma, sobre todo si eres joven, porque quieres hacer tantas cosas, lograr otras... Te comprarás constantemente, y así hasta que te sientes mal por ello.
Es por eso que a todo lo que te comento le añadiría algo bastante efectivo, y es elegir el camino que debes vivir desde tu interior. Dejando de mirar a otros, cerrando los ojos y pensando en lo que realmente necesitas.
Y sí, somos una generación complicada, quizás. Pero confío en que poco a poco todos irán encontrando su camino.

This has affected young people today in a barbaric way. The other day, listening to something my mother told me about someone she knew, she mentioned that she didn't want to study because now it didn't make sense.
That's what I was thinking while reading @apineda's post The most prepared generation... and the most disillusioned?.
At least in our country, until now, the jobs that abound are working as a warehouseman, cashier or dispatcher.
Many people I know work on it. People with a professional career, but who cannot find work with their profession, or are not paid enough doing it.
I am the second of that group. In addition to the fact that it was very difficult to study, I was "allowed" at work; However, he left very late and had no energy for anything else.
I left my job and did random things in the first few months, surviving on some savings.
It wasn't easy then. I returned to remote work, and that is what I do until now with my ventures.
Also, the current era has changed.
We are now the age of AI
Some say there are jobs that will cease to exist because of AI.
So we live in the age of adapt or die. Although it sounds extremist, it is the reality we have. Technology is everyday life, so it is not only about being informed, but also about using the tools.
An example is remote work. It has certain differences with the in-person one; you master more tools.
In all this time I have learned to manage several and with this I have achieved some objectives.
But, even though we are the generation that was born with the internet era, it is not something that everyone masters.
There are people who do not know how to use technological tools, they are not available to them or they even find them extremely complicated.
We could say that it is strange when everyone nowadays has a phone in their hand every day; However, a good part of the population is unaware of the importance of their data and how to protect it.
This generation will make a difference for the next ones
Although it all sounds like an apocalyptic movie, the reality is that this generation will mark an important step for the next.
It may be a positive one if the right decisions are made, which we hope will be the case.
On the other hand, our generation has something very good, which is an extra: Communication reaches every corner of the world.
With this, many people, regardless of where they are, can teach others online any activity that is required.
An example and a very good one is Hive Blog, YouTube and other media where we are people who like to communicate our thoughts, ideas and skills to the whole world with a few clicks.
In this way you can bring that message of hope, including those options that that person needs so much.
It seems that part of the population is in limbo, which, from my point of view, is because we are in that transition. Every day there is something new to adapt to, not to mention the new needs they want to sell you.
All this is overwhelming, especially if you are young, because you want to do so many things, achieve others... You will constantly buy yourself, and so on until you feel bad about it.
That is why I would add something quite effective to everything I tell you, and that is to choose the path that you should live from within. Stopping looking at others, closing your eyes and thinking about what you really need.
And yes, we are a complicated generation, perhaps. But I trust that little by little everyone will find their way.

Es muy cierto, en lo personal he tenido que adaptarme a ambos mundos, y con mucha creatividad poder llegar a esos espacios para por lo menos llegar a fin de mes y cubrir lo necesario. Lo importante es saber aprovechar las herramientas y sacarles el jugo 😉😅
Así es, a veces vemos que son cosas muy complicadas, pero solo basta con investigar un poco, y estar dispuestos a aprender. :)

Desde que tenemos internet todo cambio, pero no sólo eso, sino el acceso a un teléfono móvil que es bien una computadora, eso ha cambiado las reglas del juego en la actualidad.
Muchos están intentando desprestigiar la importancia de los estudios, restarle méritos, y sí, es verdad que hay quienes sin estudiar logran económicamente avanzar mucho, es respetable, pero también es cierto que a nivel global las personas que tienen una carrera tienen más opciones que las que no, las estadísticas hablan por si solas.
