Art Challenge for Hashkings (A Tender Addict)

Me uno al reto semanal de Hive NFT Game Latino.

Sé que hoy es domingo, algunos ni siquiera planean hacer algo hoy jajaja, solo descansar o compartir con la familia, pero ayer sábado fue mi tiempo de descanso, salí un rato con mi hermana y otros amigos (Ya verán esas fotos más adelante).

Así que hoy tocaba ponerse manos a la obra, en realidad no sabía que hacer, porque no tenía ideas para un post hoy, pero me acordé del reto de la comunidad, así que me dije ¿por qué no intentarlo?

Aquí os muestro el paso a paso de mi creación.

I join the Hive NFT Game Latino weekly challenge.

I know today is Sunday, some people don't even plan to do anything today hahaha, just rest or share with the family, but yesterday Saturday was my rest time, I went out for a while with my sister and other friends (You will see those pictures later).

So today it was time to get down to work, actually I didn't know what to do, because I had no ideas for a post today, but I remembered the community challenge, so I said why not try it?

Here I show you the step by step of my creation.

Este es el dibujo inicial para este reto, asi que tenemos que inspirarnos en dicho dibujo.

Aunque mi idea para esta ronda fue hacer resaltar un poco mas el estilo de madera y no mucho el robot, quise crear un robot al igual que el original, pero que no fuera con tanto metal jajaja

This is the initial drawing for this challenge, so we have to be inspired by this drawing.

Although my idea for this round was to highlight a little more the wooden style and not so much the robot, I wanted to create a robot like the original, but not with so much metal hahaha.

Me enfoqué un poco en hacer algo así como un barril.

Fue muy fácil, pues solo fue hacer un barril dividido en dos partes y en la parte superior hacer lo que es el rostro de mi robot.

No lo coloque boca, pues soy pésimo con dibujar bocas, y también manos, las manos me quedaron mal, pero de tanto intentar no logre hacerlas bien.

I focused a little on making something like a barrel.

It was very easy, because I only had to make a barrel divided in two parts and in the upper part make what is the face of my robot.

I didn't put a mouth, because I'm lousy at drawing mouths, and also hands, the hands were bad, but I tried so hard I couldn't get them right.

También podéis ver que tiene un tamaño bajo, y es que quería hacerlo parecido a un Funko, que quedara mono y también muy llamativo.

Los colores fueron súper fáciles también, porque la gama de colores a usar sería muy básica.

You can also see that it has a low size, and is that I wanted to make it similar to a Funko, which would be cute and also very striking.

The colors were super easy too, because the range of colors to use would be very basic.

Si te fijas en los detalles, en realidad no son muchos, es un diseño de personaje muy básico.

Pero sin duda los colores es lo que poco a poco le va dando vida para el resultado final.

If you look at the details, there really aren't many, it's a very basic character design.

But without a doubt the colors is what little by little gives life to the final result.

El color del sombrero fue algo que me costó un poco.

Si hacía uso de un color oscuro para el sombrero, se mezclaría mucho con el color de personaje, y no se notaria la diferencia, así que decidí hacerlo con un color más claro y creo que quedo perfecto.

The color of the hat was something that I struggled with.

If I used a dark color for the hat, it would blend too much with the color of the character, and you wouldn't notice the difference, so I decided to do it with a lighter color and I think it was perfect.

Ya en este punto tenía casi terminado mi dibujo, pero aún faltaban algunos detalles en el #PhotoshopCC.

Los colores fluorescentes creo que no pueden faltar en mis dibujos jajaja, es que me gustan mucho, así que acá te dejo el resultado final.

At this point I had almost finished my drawing, but I still needed some details in the #PhotoshopCC.

I think fluorescent colors are a must in my drawings hahaha, I really like them, so here I leave you the final result.

En el editor le agrege algunos elementos para darle mas vida al dibujo.

En sus ojos coloque algunos cogollos de #MOTA, y el logo de HIVE es como si representara su fuerte de energía pues #Hashkings está en hive así que creo que tiene mucho sentido.

En lo personal me ha gustado mucho, claro que las manos de verdad no son lo mío jajaja.

In the editor I added some elements to give more life to the drawing.

In his eyes I place some #MOTA buds, and the HIVE logo is as if it represented his energy forte because #Hashkings is in hive so I think it makes a lot of sense.

Personally I really liked it, of course real hands aren't my thing hahaha.
