Hello everyone, I'm back again with another anime My neighbor Totoro is a beautiful anime which I've recently watch and I'm going to review it briefly.

Here's the link of the trailer, I've provided it here so you can also watch it. I watched the English trailer because I was eating food at that time and eating and watching subtitles is kinda tough. So, I liked the trailer so far and everything looked good as the storyline was attractive.

The story begins with two young siblings, Satsuki and Mei. They are both excited and planning to reunite with their sick mother. Their adventure starts as they move with their father to a new house in the verdant countryside. It is the summer of the 1950s in Japan. These two girls begin to explore the nature and dense forest that surround them. Their new home is inhabited by mysterious creatures that only they can see, as they are children. One day, Mei is playing when she sees a creature and begins to follow it. She chases it into a cave in the forest, where she finds a huge creature named Totoro. She is not afraid of him at all; Totoro is sleepy and trying to fall asleep. Mei, being fearless, falls asleep beside him. Later, her father and sister are looking for her in the forest, and Satsuki eventually finds the cave, where Mei is lying alone. Satsuki wakes her sister up, and Mei excitedly talks about Totoro, but there is no one around. Mei tries hard to return to the place where she found Totoro, but the portal is closed. Satsuki finds it hard to believe her, as Mei is just a child. Mei becomes frustrated when they find no trace of Totoro and gets really upset, but then her father assures her that he believes in her.

As I watched this anime, there was no moment when I wasn't smiling. The bond between the sisters was just amazing; I couldn't stop smiling. The sisters always stayed happy, no matter what, as they enjoyed themselves. Their beautiful moments are mesmerizing, and their father is very caring towards his children. Whenever I see father-daughter moments, I see the resemblance to my own father, as he also supports me a lot in my life. I remember how my father also teaches me to laugh at any circumstances.

If I talk about the story, it's very simple, not too dramatic, but it's energetic enough to capture your attention in the movie. Every moment feels magical and beautiful. I think everyone would like this anime. However, this is not an anime that I would want to watch repeatedly. This movie can be seen once, and it's a great experience, but it's not the type of movie that I'd like to watch over and over again, as I do with most films. The music selection is also good; everything blends very well.
