Walking The Roads of UNTH Campus - Wednesday Walk
Hello everyone
First of all, big ups to Dreemport for encouraging us to branch out, step out of our comfort zones and try new things. Some of us probably didn’t see ourselves participating in these contests if not for dreemport.
Walks are very important as they are a form of exercise which ultimately improves our health in various ways. The Wednesday walk initiative is a smart way to get us to go outside, if for no other reason, to at least catch a break and breathe in fresh air… depending on your location.

And thanks to the movement, I did go outside on Wednesday. Unfortunately I couldn’t share this post on the day itself but, I hope this also counts.
I left my house on Wednesday with two goals in mind -
- To go to my dentist appointment and
- To visit a friend right after.
I prepared early in the morning and headed out. I got to the hospital, filled out a folder which took 30 minutes, and then I waited a short while and was called in.
The dentist did an examination, discovered something else, and called his chief to come check it out. At the end of the day, the procedure that brought me to the hospital that day got postponed to Friday.
I left and went to see my friend that lived close by, it had been a while. We chatted a little bit, caught up on life matters and all round enjoyed each other’s company. It was on my way out that we then took THE WALK.
My friend stays right on the campus so while walking we passed some lecture halls. I couldn’t take a lot of photos so enjoy the few I took. The weather that day was not exactly conducive for walks or pictures, so I took what I got.

Woah the picture are giving outside the country vibes, glad you took this challenge and we all got to see this beautiful places. "University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital" really looks good, I haven't gone there before. So this has given me a insight on how it looks. I love the picture where it was raining. It screams aesthetic at it's fullest.🦋🥰

It was raining and the view from where I was seated looked surreal. The picture didn't even do it justice but I'm glad you got experience it from the photo.

Oh I'm good. It was nothing life-threatening thankfully. And I actually went today, they performed all the necessary procedures and I'm fine now.

Welcome to the Wednesday Walk I like to say I have guidelines and not rules, and only ask if possible to post on a Wednesday but if you cant another day is fine all I really ask is to only use the tag once a week so I don't get flooded trying to keep up
