I am back and I doodled another vintage inspired character to share from my sketchbook today. I really have been loving drawing some vintage inspired characters lately, and this one totally fits that vibe. I used my trusty blue pen, and I think it really brings out that classic feel. Hope that color does not bore you yet

This drawing is of a girl who is just about vintage charm and style. I gave her a nice bandana on her head, which instantly takes you back in time, although looking at it now kind of looks like a punk hair style. Anyway she is wearing a lovely dress maybe from the 1940 or so. In one hand, she is holding a soda bottle enjoying a refreshing drink on a warm day, and in the other, she's got a sweet little small handbag jus to give her something to hold. I think the whole look is giving retro coolness. I made her pose this way looking over her shoulder to add to that effortless, classic style. You agree?
