Oh I do love my mint!
We have peppermint, spearmint and chocolate mint from small plants when they were on clearance at the nursery. They have own and expanded so much it is almost a concern for the other plants near them.
So easy to grow and even aggressively prune and they come back so strong even after our long winters.

Yes, they grow pretty fast.
Oh!! I always thought that those were processed flavour 😆
I love the mint flavour but am too lazy to do the work. May be its time all that changes.
