Jiu Jitsu AND Cruising?

On of the many cool things I have gotten into is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started training 10 years ago because my brother was getting tired of the gym and told me we were going to train a martial art. I trained karate as a kid a bit and dabbled in Kung Fu for a couple years so why not?
I will revisit the tale of 40-year old white doods bumbling through a dozen intro classes for a dozen different martial arts but this is the chapter we are in now.

Adventures on the mats and tournaments are pretty fun but sometimes the extracurricular activities, like partying in the Caribbean with brazilians from across the world is pretty damn fun!

Gardening!

How do I go from globetrotting and tournament fighting to gardening? Through popular demand of course! A few years ago, I dug up some lawn and started planting garden boxes dedicated to veggies. If figured it was a good thing to become good at and share the experience with the kids, it turned out to be quite fulfilling as well.

Perhaps this portion is more of an endorsement to grow a garden with me than a shill for followers, but a garden is even a great place to practice your photography! When you combine all of those things, you get to play with the cool kids in the #gardenhive, #hivegarden, #abundancetribe, #homesteading and even #foodie communities.

I promise you I will not wow you with my photography skills but perhaps inspire you to take up photography for your #hive blog.

I discovered that when I know I need images to support the stories told on the blockchain, it has caused me to slow down a little, look a little close at the world around me, and capture pictures I would have never thought to take.

I can show you how a simple blockchain enthusiast and amateur photographer can become a professional food critic! All you have to do is park your phone on the edge of your dish like a douchebag, snap a few shots before you destroy your meal, post up a story about your experience with the #foodie community, and have your meal paid for! That is what professional means after all right?

As a business owner, digital marketer and community supporter, I am armpits deep in small-town commerce and all the things @leofinance when it comes to business. Not only that but I plan to leverage blockchain to be on the cutting edge of digital marketing and leverage @town-crier https://towncriermarketing.ca to onboard businesses on to #hive. When this plays out, we will have a rewards-based attention economy where business and the consumer transact directly and often while cutting out the middlemen. Plus, you can buy a locally-roasted gourmet coffee and talk business with veterans for 1 HBD.

As a business owner, digital marketer and community supporter, I am armpits deep in small-town commerce and the bleeding edge of technologies constantly pushing the upside of marketing. The coolest thing about that is we get to contribute what we know and can do to artists, charities, and community building initiatives. Not as wholesome as building wells in third-world countries like we have done with Hive, but my local version of that for the people in my small town. Art is essential and we do that too.

Besides that, I will share funny tales like how I got the mayor to smell a hockey bag. The shit I do to entertain my legion of followers.

While I test out my theories and combine vision, strategy, tactics and process to get there, I get to show you some pretty special places. As we grow our book of business, I can show you some neat lifestyle and share lessons I learn helping small businesses leverage technology like entrepreneurs while making money like business owners. Sometimes I will even bring you into the show with me when I hit the stage with the guys. My days of performing regularly with one of the bands may have slowed to a couple times a year but those are some fun times!

We will celebrate life together. I could go on and on. This is only the stuff I got into the last few months.
