Taking advantage of rights

So basically, I just feel like everybody at this point in time wants to be out on social media, not really minding what they are doing. Not really minding if what they posting is there to hurt directly or indirectly the next person beside or behind them; not really minding if what they’re doing is even a right or wrong thing.

Everybody just wanna be out there, and as much as it has it’s advantages I can bet that it has so much of its disadvantages as well.

Seeing the questing that is placed in front of us today, saying that if our opinion on social media can bring a setback or dismissal to you, well my answer to this is yes and no.

Like I said earlier, everyone just wants to be online sharing their opinion, some are usual attacking criticism while some are constructive criticism.

I feel like before a person can get resented or attacked or even a dismissal because of an expression on social media, then what you have said must have hurt the ego of the organization or community you are with.

Now, this might be to your loss and to the favor of the organization or community or brands or governments or even educational institutions.

Like I said earlier, it’s a yes and a no question, we have been given the opportunity to have rights as humans and one of those rights is freedom of speech but to be honest ehh, a lot of us will just under the cover of this right open their mouth wide and pour out the nonsense that it’s filled with and then at the end of the day regret because they get to be expelled, or fired or suspended or detained for whatever that might have been said.

Before we can or should say anything out on social media, please let it not be something that’s against the organization you are either in partnership with or working under or about to work with them, cause even if it’s you that has an organization and a person that’s working with you talks bad about what you do, you’ll naturally sack the person.

Just as well as there are constructive criticisms that will bring one impact or another, it’s not directed to anyone in particular, but at the same time your information has been passed and well understood by your viewers and listeners and followers.

Now, the balance is we know we have a right to freedom of speech, we have the right to say what we want to but when we are talking most times, If I am a fan of Nike brand now, and Nike as a whole does something I don’t like, something that probably get to my expectations, I mean I probably wanted more than was delivered.

I feel like if I talk against it, knowing fully well that I’m not their brand ambassador but just an online fan, if I say anything against what ever they do, they have no right to flag me down because I’m just saying my mind, I mean another person might like it, and as they say another man’s food is another man’s poison.

So what i am saying is that If what ever context that was posted were still under the rights of the person that posted and without breaking any rules or stepping on the rights of others, no one has the right to flag me.

Now on the other hand, it should make no sense that I will go against the right of others to post things that are offensive, I can get a dismissal.
