I still love sugar never the less

I have always wanted to believe that Sugar is actually good for the health, I mean, it e all know that when the purpose of a thing is not known, the usage is abused, this is well understood with no doubt, but even at that I still love sugar, I mean, there is nothing I'll want to take now, most especially liquid substance that won't have Sugar. Well, apart from water of course.

A lot of people says that the amount of sugar in a beer drink is way more than the ones in most of our soft drinks, (I really do not know how true or how false that statement is, cause I have no fact about it) but the major reason why I don't drink is because it's not sweet, cause I still wander why people drink that bitter thing that is almost as bitter as agbo (local herbs mixture) it's even more bitter if I'm not mistake.

Cause why will something be as bitter as that and it's still people's choice, some other people's favourite, I really can't imagine what that is like to be honest, cause why will I see yogurt or even a carbonated drinks like Pepsi or coke, or even tasty drink that we take in sachet, or even zobo and decide to take whiskey or Brandy or 8pm and so on like that, let's not even start to talk about action bitters and it's like, I mean captain Jack and Chelsea or best...

Do not ask me how I know all of these, I just know them because of the environment I live in, I can even try mention some more...

Like I was saying, I have always prefered sugar since I was young, when I want to drink pap or drink garri, I can't just take any of these without adding sugar, most especially taking garri without sugar, it's like putting cooking a nice jollof rice without spice like salt or seasoning cube or any other ingredients...

I know that a whole lot if adults are so scared of being diagnosed with diabetes, so most of them try to reduce or even eliminate anything that has to do with sugar, that they even prefer to get a yeast bread than a milky bread, I know that are trying to be safe, but then many of them falls in having low sugar level, and it's probably worse than diabetes I mean I don't know, but it's still very bad.

Of course, we will surly say that prevention is better than cure, that has no argument, but I won't say because I'm trying avoid diabetes, I will then stop taking anything sugar, not even rice, because I also heard that rice contains some percentage of sugar, and if I don't eat rice for 1 week, my chest will be going up and down, but it's well...

What I am trying to say is that sugar has a lot if advantages to the body, I mean it's turned or converted to glucose and then changed to energy to the body, and I guess we all need strength for our daily activities...
