Warhammer 40k - Terminators and Infernus Marines join the army!
Zak here with another Warhammer 40k army update!
This is part of the fund raiser found HERE which is now more than halfway done! Over the hump and all down hill from here! I hope that it gets easier and easier from her onwards!
In the meantime I can only post like CRAZY!
Right! I have completed building the Squad of 5 Terminators! Terminators are elite Space Marines that wear Tactical Dreadnought Armor. They are universally selected from the 1st Company.
They have some of the best armor in the game, a 2+ armor save and a 4+ invulnerable save, meaning that even if something with high Armor Piercing shoots at them, the shields and protective systems of the armor give them a 50% chance to prevent that incoming damage.
With Toughness of 5, one more than other Space Marines, they are difficult to wound with small arms fire and they also have 3 Wounds each, meaning you need to deal 3 damage to a Terminator before he dies!
Sorry if the pictures are a bit over exposed, the lighting is too bad and the pictures too dark if I do not use the flash. I will need to build something to take pictures on that had lights for better quality pics.

I then had 10 Infernus Marines to build. This is a new unit type that came out with the Leviathan Box. Each guy in the squad is armed with a Pyreblaster, a flame thrower with Strength 5. They also force enemies to take Battle Shock tests when they hit anything. Pretty neat!
I cannot wait to put them into action!
