Hello everyone! Zak Ludick here from Cape Town, South Africa and this is a Warhammer 40k - Datasheet Review post!
What is it all about? It is not there to just give a stat. It is there to give MY review of the unit in the game of Warhammer 40,000
The last of the Indexes! A new challenge!
Right, I am finally ahead and by my best estimations as I explained in this Post, I should be able to keep ahead of the release curve and get the remainder of the Indexes reviewed before those Codex releases.
So I embark on a new challenge. I have calculated that there are roughly 148 reviews to do. I have chosen my frequency and have given myself 96 days to review them all.
Today is Day 35/96.

Hobby Fund - Working myself into the clear
With my hobby posts, I generate a hobby fund. 50% of the income goes into the fund. At the moment I put all my HBD earned from Warhammer posts into my alt account @zakl.hobbyfund.
I am collecting funds in the following ways:
- Blogging about Warhammer to earn HBD
- Accepting donations - Can be sent directly to @zakl.hobbyfund in HBD
- Selling some of the collection to friends.
At the current count I am paying off some hobby debts. I still have $226 to pay off!

Chaos Daemons, Skull Cannon
10th Edition Index
A Skull Cannon is built from the same kit as the Rendmaster. It is a Daemon engine - a fusion of machine and the daemonic and is something that helps the Khorne army manage some ranged control and threat which will give their army some good cover as they get into the place they excell: Melee!
This model is 95pts which feels really cheap to me already

Weapons
Weapon Loadout: Skull Cannon; Attendants’ Hellblades; Biting Maw.
Ranged Weapons
Skull Cannon
48" Range, D6+2 Shots, Hitting on 3+, S9, AP-1 and 2 Damage each.
Blast (For every 5 models in the target unit, this attack gains 1 Attack)
Melee Weapons
Biting Maw
2 Attacks, Hitting on 4+, S6, AP0 and 2 Damage each.
Attendants’ Hellblades
4 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S5, AP-2 and 2 Damage each.
Extra Attacks (These attacks can be made in addition to to regular attacks)
Abilities
Deep Strike - If this unit arrives on the Battlefield from Reserves, it can be set up anywhere on the battlefield more than 9" from enemy models.
Skulls of the Fallen
After this model has shot, the targeted unit must take a Battleshock test.
Thoughts
This unit is quite useful. It is basically a light vehicle but counts as a "Mounted" unit and has great ranged and melee ability. Its damage output makes it a Marine killer for shooting and melee. I think that for 95pts, this is a steal!
That makes 41 Chaos Daemon Datasheets Reviewed, putting them on 82
% Completed! The total of the remaining Index reviews is now 92.
