Space Wolves incoming!

As explained in This post about new reveals at Adepticon the Space Wolves are suddenly being launched and dropped on our heads suddenly!

Thus my time for reviewing their Datasheets is running out. I have 34 Reviews to do, I am trying to maintain a fast pace so I will give myself 17 days including today to complete all of these. That means that the last day of this personal challenge will be the 15th of April 2025!

Hobby Fund - Working myself into the clear

With my hobby posts, I generate a hobby fund. 50% of the income goes into the fund. At the moment I put all my HBD earned from Warhammer posts into my alt account @zakl.hobbyfund.

I am collecting funds in the following ways:

• Blogging about Warhammer to earn HBD
• Accepting donations - Can be sent directly to @zakl.hobbyfund in HBD
• Selling some of the collection to friends.

At the current count I am paying off some hobby debts. I still have $264 to pay off!

The whole project has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.

I should have started when 10th edition launched!
670 days since the start of 10th Edition.
This is Review #330, I am 340 reviews behind! (Lowest I have been is 314 behind)

Space Wolves, Harald Deathwolf

10th Edition Index

Wolf Lord Harald Deathwolf is one of the 12 ruling Wolf Lords and leads a Great Company. Every Great Company has its own traditions and culture.

Harald is an alpha predator and Thunderwolves and Fenrisian wolves easily fall under his dominance as the alpha wolf. The halls of his Great Company are filled with all sorts of wolves and they heed him as their King as much as the Space Wolves of his Great Company does.

In battle he rides on the hulking Thunderwolf, Icetooth and hunts down the enemies the Great Wolf charges him to take down with dogged determination.

His keen senses are able to smell his chosen prey for many leagues.

This model is 85pts to field and costs $60.

12" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 2+, S4, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Pistol (This weapon can be fired while in melee)

Melee Weapons

Crushing teeth and claws

3 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S5, AP-1 and 1 Damage each.
Extra Attacks (This model can use this weapon in melee in addition to its other attacks)

Glacius

6 Attacks, Hitting on 2+, S6, AP-2 and 2 Damage each.

Abilities

Lord of the Wolfkin

While this model is leading a unit, when the unit makes a Charge move, until the end of the turn, Crushing teeth and Claws equipped by models in that unit have the Devastating Wounds ability.

Mantle of the Troll King

Once per Phase when resolving an attack against this model, after you make a saving throw for this model, you can change the Damage of that attack to 0.

Thoughts

This guy is awesome!

Thunderwolves give +1 Damage to Melee weapons on the charge so Damage 2 Devastating teeth and claws is amazing.

And then, super tough, even when on his own, you can use his ability in your Fight Phase in combat and then your opponent's Shooting and Fight phase again to reduce damage to 0.... and you do it AFTER rolling to save meaning only for the hits that go through.

That makes 9 Space Wolves Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 25.71% Completed. The total Completed is 36.02% Complete! Can I review them all?!
