More Youtube milestones! 75 Subs, over 29k views. This weekend I shall pass 30k views!

More YouTube Milestones

So, it's been an absolute joy and an absolute surprise that my YouTube channel has done as much as it has. I keep saying that, but it remains true all the time. It's just a surprise. I'm up to 75 followers – I thought that would probably take me around three, four, maybe even six months – and 29,000 views.

The other point that's rather surprising is that YouTube analytics can tell me where geographically speaking my viewers are, and about 27% of my viewers are from the United States. I'm South African, so that's pretty cool. I think around 6 or 7% of my viewers are from South Africa, my locals. Second place goes to the United Kingdom, and Germany follows shortly after South Africa. The rest of the world makes up a large proportion of the full 100% of viewers watching this channel. That's really cool. Thank you very much if you're one of those people.

I don't expect everybody to support me. This is Warhammer 40,000 content, so please don't strain yourselves to go looking at my channel, subscribing, or watching videos if it's not your interest. I really don't expect that.

But I just wanted to share with everybody that YouTube can be tackled by anybody for any interest, just as I have done on Hive. I haven't tried YouTube before, so this is just a novel experience I wanted to share with everybody.

I will continue to post on Hive. I know I haven't been as active on here as I have been recently, but that's not because YouTube has taken preference. The real reason is that I've been busy on a project on a ship, as well as several other projects concurrently, and studying an online course with UCT. I've been getting very little sleep, lots of work hours, and never getting everything done that I need to do in one day.
