More New Space Wolves revealed - oh my!
I am definitely not financially prepared for the new releases! Wow! New models for the Blood Claws, Grey Hunters and Wolf Guard Battle Leader were revealed before as well as a new unit type called Wolf Guard Headhunters.
Now we are getting a range refresh on some of the heroes.
Out of all of the old ones. Ragnar Blackmane was the only Primaris Marine so he will just stay the way he is. Ulrik the Slayer was also updated some years ago and is of a comparitive size to the new Marines.
In the meantime:
New Great Wolf Logan Grimnar:
Just how huge is that base going to be? And on such a massive piece of terrain, he is going to be really conspicuous!
No doubt, he will be leading the new Wolf Guard Terminators that have been released.
Wargear wise, they still look like they do what they want, though it is possible that some of the weapon options have changed.
If this is the new box set, I would like to see if there are more Power fists, Thunderhammers and other Terminator Heavy Weapons in that kit!
Meanwhile another hero gets a glow-up!
The Champion of the Great Wolf - Arjac Rockfist!
This master duelist specializes in focusing in taking on the enemy leaders in single combat and laying them low!
Look at that hammer throw pose!
The final miniature reveal shall be the Runejarl of the Space Wolves Chapter - the Storm that walks - Njal Stormcaller!
The man is back in Tacitcal plate instead of Terminator armor. We can see that it is Mark X Tacticus Armor so he is likely Primaris now. He still has his staff and he still has his bird!
So who is missing from the line-up?
The Thunderwolf Characters: Canis Wolfborn and Harald Deathwolf. There were rumours that Thunderwolf Cavalry is gone out of the Codex, but we don't know...
Krom Dragongaze, Lukas the Trickster. Both Firstborn. No news about them yet.
Bjorn the Fell Handed and Murderfang. The Dreadnought Epic Heroes. I don't really want to see Bjorn in a Redemptor. Because it would kill him!
I guess I shall have to wait and see!

Just absolutely incredible models! These might be the best Space Marine models I've ever seen. Logan and his wolves just have incredible amounts of detail. I'd be nervous to paint these honestly...
Absolutely amazing!
You know, I get that - being nervous to paint a good looking model. But if you spend some time painting one model, then painting the other ones is much of the same.
I procrastinated a lot with certain models like that. Which is why I only painted my old Metal Logan last year despite having it for a long time and guess what? He came out great!
