La esperanza convertida en flor (Esp- Eng)

Hola amantes de la naturaleza y de sus curiosidades.

Hoy me complace traerle estas maravillosas flores, que, si bien muchos las tienen en su jardín o cantero, se habrán podido dar cuenta la semejanza que hay en ellas.

Es cierto que muchas Flores se parecen, pero estas dos me son muy semejantes, hasta es posible que a los ojos de ustedes no, pero yo las veo desde mi punto de vista así que me gustaría que las puedan ver ustedes desde el punto de vista de cada cual.

El caso del que les hablo es la flor del cilantro, especia aromática que usamos en la cocina, tanto para dar sabor a todo lo que se cocina con frijoles y granos en general, a las carnes y si lo usamos crudo y picado bien pequeño, podemos aliñar las ensaladas.

La flor del cilantro tiene el olor fuerte como la misma hoja de cilantro y pétalos firmes con pequeñas puntas afiladas, Además de un tallo fino pero fuerte, también con un olor exquisito.

La otra flor que traigo a consideración, es la rosa verde. Como cualquier rosa, tiene el olor característico, hojas como cualquier mata de rosa y por supuesto, espinas. Si las rosas no tienen espinas entonces no son especiales.

De ahí la frase popular de: si quieres disfrutar el perfume de las rosas, primero tienes que soportar el dolor de sus espinas. Aunque esta frase no tenga que ver con esta planta preciosa y si con los avatares de la vida que a veces nosotros mismos forjamos.

De llevar nuestra vida nosotros somos responsables. Pero también lo somos si queremos un patio bonito y podemos sembrar rosas, no solo rosas verdes, sino de las variedades posibles.

También somos responsables de tener un cantero con plantas aromáticas en nuestras cocinas, y si estas a la vez nos sirven de medicamento, como es el caso del cilantro, pues bien vale la pena intentarlo.

Today I am pleased to bring you these wonderful flowers, which, although many have them in their garden or flowerbed, you will have been able to notice the similarity that exists in them.

It is true that many flowers look alike, but these two are very similar to me, it is even possible that they are not to your eyes, but I see them from my point of view so I would like you to be able to see them from each person's point of view.

The case I am talking about is the cilantro flower, an aromatic spice that we use in cooking, both to give flavor to everything that is cooked with beans and grains in general, to meats and if we use it raw and chopped very small, we can season salads.

The cilantro flower has a strong smell like the cilantro leaf itself and firm petals with small sharp points, in addition to a thin but strong stem, also with an exquisite smell.

The other flower I bring to consideration is the green rose. Like any rose, it has the characteristic smell, leaves like any rose bush and of course, thorns. If roses do not have thorns then they are not special.

Hence the popular phrase: if you want to enjoy the scent of roses, you first have to endure the pain of their thorns. Although this phrase has nothing to do with this precious plant but with the vicissitudes of life that we sometimes create ourselves.

We are responsible for leading our lives. But we are also responsible if we want a nice patio and can plant roses, not only green roses, but of the possible varieties.

We are also responsible for having a flowerbed with aromatic plants in our kitchens, and if these also serve as medicine, as is the case with cilantro, then it is well worth trying.
