I’d disagree. It means this will finally end. That’s good.

Dear @yuribezmenov !
I said it in the sense of being unhappy from a Ukrainian point of view!😂

The Russian empire began in the land today called the Ukraine, more than 1000 years ago, when the Kievan Rus became powerful there. Many of the people of the Ukraine are Russian ethnically, have extended families in Russia, speak Russian, eat Russian food. When the Russian empire was overthrown in the early 20th Century, Lenin created the Ukraine as an administrative region of the newly created USSR. As the USSR expanded, particularly after WWII, more land was added to that administrative entity.

When the USSR collapsed in 1991, that is when the Ukraine became a country separate from Russia.

The part in the middle was ruled by the Zaporozhian Cossacks, who weren't really anything other than warlords, so it wasn't a state. Today Cossacks are an ethnic group granted certain privileges in Russia.

The war was incited by Zionazi gangs like Azov and Right Sector - actually Nazis and actually Zionist, run by Ihor Kholomoisky - gaining power from NED/CIA training them and providing them funds and weapons to use to overthrow the government of the Ukraine during the Maidan, and then to commit terrorist attacks on Russian speaking Ukrainians, whom are almost the whole population in the south and southeast of the Ukraine, which is called the Donbass.

When Ukrainian forces massed on the border of the Donbass and threatened to genocide those people with families in Russia, that is when Russia began the SMO and Russian forces invaded the Ukraine to protect those people and 'denazify' the Ukraine.

So, the Ukrainian people have never really had a Ukrainian state, having always been part of Poland, Hungary, Sweden, and Russia variously for the last 1000 years or so, and the only people that really lose anything are the Zionazi thugs that the CIA armed and trained to wage a terror campaign against the Ukrainian people.

For almost all the people of the Ukraine, the most important thing is to end the war and to have a stable government again. Most of them would rather be part of the EU, because the EU has been more prosperous than Russia in recent decades. But even peace under Russia is better than war, and Russia has been greatly improving it's economic circumstances since Putin and the oligarchs gained power. All governments are organized crime, and centralizing control of the gang running Russia has enabled the crimelords to benefit from investments that improve the economy.

Other than the Zionazis, I don't think most Ukrainians will be unhappy the war ends and their families are no longer in danger of being captured and thrown into the trenches at the front.

Dear @valued-customer !
Your arguments are shocking!😦

People around me think that the war in Ukraine happened because Ukraine wanted to become part of NATO!

I assumed that after the end of the Ukrainian war, the US would ally with Japan to dominate China!

You have demonstrated a facility with history, and have a grasp of English that makes the requisite written material of use to you. You can undertake to read a history of Russia to divine the specifics of the wars and conquests of the region, and by doing so will come to understand why it is referred to as the Ukraine, not generally as Ukraine. Ukraine means 'borderlands' and the Ukraine has continually been the perimeter of the Eastern European states and the Western Asian states. Because of where geographical features are, the mountains to the south and west, swamps to the north and west, frigid wastes further north unworthy of contemplation by men with any better prospects, and the Black Sea that presents an impassable barrier to carts and horse, the Ukraine becomes the boundary that is defended on the east, and must be penetrated to press further west by any Asian steppe lord that would sack Europe, pillage it's villages, and take their women.

Dear @valued-customer !
I always appreciate your kindness and generosity!😄

Historians of East Asia know the historical fact that the Islamic Empire and the Ottoman Empire always hunted and traded Europeans as slaves! Since the slave hunting and slave trade of Islamic civilization has been taking place since the Middle Ages in Southeast Asia, India, and East Asia, modern East Asians do not like Islamic civilization!

The taking of slaves almost certainly predates history, and has sullied every polity prior to the present day I am aware of. I don't like slavers either.
