Hace días me ví completa está maravillosa serie pero no me animaba a escribir y es que hay mucho que decir que no se ni por dónde comenzar, primero que todo no sabía nada de que se iba a estrenar está serie en Netflix me enteré por tiktok y después de ver la sinopsis no dude en ir a verla sobre todo por qué es una producción Argentina y ya he visto varias producciones que me han dejado con la boca abierta y está no fué la excepción, está serie se estrenó el 30 de Abril en la plataforma de streaming Netflix y está basada en una historieta argentina escrita por Héctor Germán Oesterheld en 1957 que describe un mundo post-apocalíptico que es invadido por extrañas criaturas que quieren destruir la raza humana.

Hello Hivers cinephiles, I hope you are well. A few days ago I watched this wonderful series but I couldn't bring myself to write and there is so much to say that I don't even know where to start, first of all I didn't know that this series was going to be released on Netflix I found out through tiktok and after seeing the synopsis I didn't hesitate to go see it, especially because it is an Argentine production and I have already seen several productions that have left me with my mouth open and this one was no exception, this series premiered on April 30 on the streaming platform Netflix and is based on an Argentine comic book written by Héctor Germán Oesterheld in 1957 that describes a post-apocalyptic world that is invaded by strange creatures that want to destroy the human race.

La historia nos muestra un grupo de amigos que sé reúnen habitualmente para jugar y beber en una habitación del sótano de la casa de uno de ellos, Específicamente de Tano quién tiene un taller mecánico en su casa, aquí todos los detalles son importantes para ir construyendo la historia y cada personaje también tiene su importancia, está noche sería muy diferente a todas las demás pues a pesar de ser verano misteriosamente comienza a nevar pero no es cualquier nieve común y corriente, es una nieve tóxica que mata a las personas al instante de tener contacto con ellas, la esposa de Tano se percata de esta inusual reacción al ver por la ventana a sus vecinos caer desplomado, inmediatamente se quedan sin electricidad y comenza el caos y la desesperación, una de los amigos del grupo decide salir a buscar a su familia y a pesar de que sus amigos le insisten que no salga el lo hace sin importar y a solo segundos de haber salido cae desplomado a piso en media de la calle, todo en la casa enloquecen con lo que acaban de ver y se lamentan pero este será solo el comienzo de una larga travesía para sobrevivir y encontrar respuestas a todo lo que está pasando.

The story shows us a group of friends who usually meet to play and drink in a room in the basement of the house of one of them, specifically Tano who has a garage at home, here all the details are important to build the story and each character also has its importance, this night would be very different from all others because despite being summer mysteriously begins to snow but it is not any ordinary snow, it is a toxic snow that kills people instantly to have contact with them, Tano's wife notices this unusual reaction when she sees her neighbors collapsed through the window, they immediately run out of electricity and chaos and despair begins, One of the friends of the group decides to go out to look for his family and despite his friends insisting that he does not go out, he does so regardless and just seconds after leaving the house he falls to the ground in the middle of the street, everything in the house goes crazy with what they have just seen and they lament but this will only be the beginning of a long journey to survive and find answers to everything that is happening.

Desde el primer capítulo quedé enganchada con la serie, personalmente no sabía que este comic existía pero digamos que es algo de cultura general latinoamericana, me encantó que toda la producción, locación y reparto fueran argentinos y también la adaptación que se le hizo a la serie trayendo personajes nuevos como el de la chica Venezolana que reparte delivery y el chico asiático que enriquecen la serie a tiempos modernos, las actuaciones están bien logradas así como también lo realista que se vé este mundo post-apocalíptico en medio de la ciudad, ahora queda esperar la segunda temporada que ya está confirmada, espero puedan ver está serie que no tiene perdida. From the first chapter I was hooked with the series, personally I did not know that this comic existed but let's say it is something of general Latin American culture, I loved that all the production, location and cast were Argentine and also the adaptation that was made to the series bringing new characters such as the Venezuelan girl who delivers and the Asian guy that enrich the series to modern times, the performances are well done as well as how realistic this post-apocalyptic world in the middle of the city looks, now we have to wait for the second season which is already confirmed, I hope you can watch this series that has no loss.
