My activity last Saturday was cutting the sacrificial meat, on Saturday we still celebrate Eid al-Adha as Muslims we are encouraged to make sacrifices, the animals that are prioritized for sacrifice are camels, cows, buffaloes, kibas, goats and sheep, as a form of concern for the poor, this sacrificial meat will be distributed to the poor

It takes the cooperation of several people to cut one cow, having strong strength makes us have to tie this cow first, during the slaughtering process I was in front holding the cow's head then, after that we waited for the cow to really die then I watched the skinning process

In addition to cows, we also sacrifice one goat, after the skinning process is complete then I participate in cutting the meat and bones, by working together like this this job feels easy, light and fast

After completing the meat and bone cutting stage then now Enter the distribution stage by stacking, this work is done by people who are used to it so that the distribution is the same

After the distribution is complete, all these stacks will be distributed to the poor and needy in this village,

Prospective recipients of the sacrificial meat will soon arrive, they have been given an invitation from before, happy and joyful expressions radiate from their faces after receiving the sacrificial meat, making my heart very happy and I am proud that today I have been able to make their hearts happy

This sacrifice is not just worship but a sense of socialism caring for others and actually that is also a recommendation in Islam,

My weekend on Saturday is a pleasure and also togetherness, I really like activities like this and hope to be able to do it again next year, gathering with crowds and working together is a symbol of prosperity in a village

Some say it is just a custom or habit, but in fact sacrifice is a sunnah muakad order that must be done every year if able, my work on Saturday is very tiring from morning to noon we were just able to finish it
