my trip to the hospital to accompany my mother for eye surgery
hello
How are you all? Today I went to Cut Meutia General Hospital in Lhokseumawe. I was actually really bored coming here. It's a long journey and I spent a whole day here, but I was forced to go back and forth because of my mother's surgery schedule. I had to leave early this morning because the latest schedule was at 8:30 AM.

I went by motorcycle, but the weather was very unfavorable today, cloudy and drizzling with light rain. I continued my journey to my destination without stopping. Around 8:24 AM, I arrived at the hospital entrance. I had to hold my hand close to the monitor to open the barrier and get a parking number. After parking my motorcycle in the parking lot, I immediately walked inside and headed to the operating room.
In front of the operating room, I saw many patients already seated. They were all patients scheduled for surgery that day. I immediately looked for an empty chair for my mother. After settling her comfortably, I walked along the sidewalk in the hospital hallway, occasionally visiting rooms with patients, just looking around. Just a personal reflection on how wonderful health is, and how precious it is when we're sick.

After touring the hospital and witnessing the suffering of patients suffering from their illnesses, I returned to the operating room. My mother had already entered the operating room. I saw a dedicated nurse directing the patients for surgery. I then went back outside to wait. The process took a long time, perhaps because there were so many patients. I waited here for several tens of minutes, and it was very tedious, but for the sake of my parents, I accepted it.

At 12:20 PM, I went to the nearest mosque for Friday prayers. It was raining outside, so I rode my motorcycle and put on a raincoat. It was only about 150 meters away. I had planned to walk for exercise, but the weather wasn't favorable, and I was afraid I might get a fever.

After finishing my prayers, I returned to the hospital. My mother hadn't yet been operated on. I also saw other patients' families waiting outside.

Because the surgery was still a long way off, I excused myself and went home. With my mother, I still had a lot of work to do at home, and I also had to open my shop because someone was waiting and contacting me via WhatsApp.

Even though it was raining, I still went home quickly. Luckily, I had a raincoat and a helmet, so I didn't get wet even though I was riding my motorcycle. The rain along the road reduced my visibility, so I had to be very careful and control myself. I could only go at 60 km/h. Finally, at 3:20 PM, I arrived home safely. That was my journey today. I hope you enjoyed it.
