I hope you're all well and still enthusiastic about sharing on this platform. There are fun experiences every weekend, and it's a moment everyone looks forward to. This weekend, I'll share my experience with my friends in this community. The rice planting season is underway in my area, and today I'm going to the rice fields to transport the rice seedlings that are ready for transplanting.

About a 5-minute drive from my house, I arrived at the rice fields. I immediately arranged the rice seedlings that were to be transplanted in this rice field. I put the rest in a sack to transport to the other rice field because there was a shortage of seeds there. I have two rice fields in different locations. Before delivering them, I took a little time to fish. This rice field is located near a fish pond.

It's become a habit every time I go to this rice field that I often bring a fishing rod, and today I immediately set up my fishing gear. It didn't take long to fish because I used a casting technique with toy bait and fish. My target was the snakehead fish. Sure enough, after just a few casts, I caught a medium-sized snakehead fish. Then, I moved to the next pond and caught another very large fish. Thank God, I caught a jumbo-sized snakehead fish. I stopped fishing because I thought this fish was enough, leaving the others to live freely in the pond. I gave the other one to someone else who was planting my rice, and I took the large one home.

I immediately loaded the rice seeds onto my motorbike and transported them. I was very happy and excited. When I arrived home, I immediately called my wife to pick up the fish, but I didn't get off the motorbike because I had to continue delivering the rice seeds.

I only took pictures when I got home. I couldn't take my camera into the rice fields for fear of falling into the water. I immediately handed the fish to my wife and asked her to take some pictures while I was still on the motorbike. I immediately continued delivering the seeds.

After I returned from delivering the rice seeds, I would cut up this large fish and clean it, because we would I cooked this fish with a special dish from my region, kuah pliek ungkot bace, a traditional dish loved by all Acehnese.

After washing it thoroughly, ensuring all the slime was removed, otherwise the snakehead fish would taste rancid, I soaked the fish in water with star fruit added to ensure it was completely dry, clean, and odorless.

Now it was my wife's turn to cook it. My job was done, so I could take a shower and rest. While waiting for it to cook, I checked my phone and opened several entertainment apps. After about 2 hours, the dish was ready to be served.

The pieces of snakehead fish head filled a plastic plate. I was very satisfied and large. The taste was so delicious and delicious that I became addicted. We immediately enjoyed this snakehead fish head together with my wife.
