In the post, Kate claims that was murdered by medical staff in the NHS, and there is now cover-up underway online.

She makes a variety of allegations about the hospital where Paloma was diagnosed, the one where she died and about ambulance staff who treated her when she collapsed. I've seen no evidence to back up any of these accusations. Curiously in all these po,sts when she says the NHS killed my daug,hter she never mentions what put her daugr in on life support, what put her in the hospital.

She never mentioned she had a heart attack. She never mentioned a heart attack before by the tumour in my sister's chest and and the lack of treatment for it. The thread also includes photos of Paloma as a child, pictures of her at university and a picture. Disrespectful to my sister's memory to share. Kate has also made similar allegations about medical staff being responsible for her daughter's death during appearances on podcasts. She's a guide because of what they did, not because of her collapse. It's because of what they did.
