Just Speaking Hypothetically. : A Freewrite

So with Gen. Z right now, I'm an organisation talking to some, I'm talking to you, what things do you think? What are the things you think I should start putting into consideration when it comes to Gen. D or Gen. Z, so that I can bring them? Because my question right now is, I'm just speaking hypothetically.

I have Gen. X in my organization, I have millennials, and I'm having gens. It's going to be a nightmare for my HR.
So, to balance different traits right now. So what would you say to me right now about bringing these guys in and how I can? So I'm gonna answer that first thing.

It would be nice to know. OK, OK. So first thing would be nice to it will be nice to know what the plans for the organisation are. Now, is there a company that wants to evolve? Is it a company that is already set in stone?

Now some companies are set in stone that even when you tell them that OK, it's time to start employing you. Generation of consumers, this new generation of employees, they're still like, Oh no, they don't have enough experience. And that. So it's always important to know if you're ready to evolve on the company's values, as a company, then you start recruiting this new generation of customers that can take your brand to the next level and are bold enough to question.

Just have to probe every thesis that you think has been working over here, program, yes, probably this is what I think we're working on over the years, because what's happening is that some people have some people cast stones in the way their processes and structure work.
