It's Not a New Job : A Freewrite

This is a very important question. Because from experience I realised it's not every discomfort. The means of escape, right? Sometimes, what you need is not a new career, it's not a new job, but the means of escape, right? Sometimes what you need is not a new career. It's not a new job, but a career.

All you're experiencing. That's another question. In this affiliate or a mirror? Can I still go here? That's what sailing means. Can I still go here? If it's a mirror, you, you, I mean you, can see that you've hit a wall.

Because sometimes I believe growth is. It's blocked by culture. Growth can be blocked by leadership. Or just the structure of the rule?Because you could, I mean, if you try to involve and you keep eating roadblocks. It might just be, it's my, it might be time to move. It could be that the leadership are not giving you the platform to go.

It could be that the culture of that workspace is not giving you the platform to go. That's a particular hint for you. But if it's your own limiting beliefs. Or some sort of self-sabotage?, I cannot do more than this. Oh, do I have the capacity to do more than this?

If it's all of the self-sabotage. Then I said that to me was wrong. Maybe what you need is personal development. You don't need a new job. You need to develop yourself in law or ramifications. Professionally, mentally, and physically, you need to develop yourself.
