Disappointing The Family : A Freewrite

So from what I've seen. and from what i'm Right, So people stay in rooms or toxic relations, toxic cultures out of fear. I wasn't here if you felt starting over. Some people, if you're losing salary or disappointing the family, you know, pressure and none of that.

I mean, this is Nigeria, right? There's so much pressure. On people to hold their job even if it's draining their soul. And that's why you see that most time they tell people you don't live a job if you've not gotten another one. Now the focus here is the financial implication of leaving that job if you don't have another. They are not focusing on the the mental implication.

Of being in a toxic culture when you have to leave or when you've outgrown that. So one of the common mistake, one of the common regrets that people come to say is that, oh, I stayed too long in a place I should have left or in a place they have outgrown now. Some will tell you OK. There was an opportunity I didn't take. And I regret it. I mean, I didn't take the opportunity when it popped up. I regret it.

You know what I call that when I've heard it on a series of occasion and I called, I call it some sort of syndrome, the late purpose syndrome. Yes, you had a lunch. The door was open right but PM. Family expectation or or money issue made you freeze. Now, yes, later. You are. You are. You are watching all the people. You are watching someone else. Flourishing in that particular piece. You felt cocky.

It could be a business idea. It could be a certain industry. Now thinking about that, you need some sort of age.
