today i am going to share with you all , my village traditional food ,it is known as beef katawa. katwa is one of the oldest food of my village and different chef prepre it with different style and with different ingredients so it is one of the famous recipe of my village. katwa is about hundreds years ago recipe. people prepare it for sepcial event like wedding, special parties, i am very happy to share with you my village traditional recipe with you all. hope you all will enjoy it.

آج میں آپ سب کے ساتھ اپنے گاؤں کا روایتی کھانا شئیر کرنے جا رہا ہوں، جسے بیف کٹوا کہا جاتا ہے۔ کٹوا میرے گاؤں کے قدیم ترین کھانے میں سے ایک ہے اور مختلف شیف اسے مختلف انداز اور مختلف اجزاء کے ساتھ تیار کرتے ہیں اس لیے یہ میرے گاؤں کی مشہور ترکیبوں میں سے ایک ہے۔ کٹوا تقریباً سینکڑوں سال پہلے کا نسخہ ہے۔ لوگ اسے شادی، اسپیشل پارٹیوں جیسے سیپشل ایونٹ کے لیے تیار کرتے ہیں، مجھے اپنے گاؤں کی روایتی ترکیب آپ سب کے ساتھ شیئر کرتے ہوئے بہت خوشی ہو رہی ہے۔ امید ہے کہ آپ سب اس سے لطف اندوز ہوں گے۔

It is very delicious dish in my area. There are many type of katwa recipe and easy best is simple katwa with simple tasty ingredients.i love it.

Waah bhai katawa mei pakanay ka doosra maza hai. wo be agar chotay ka ghosht ho .Achi video banayi hai mei b koshish karunga paka saku

Katwa ma paka howa food apnay taste ma lajwab hota hai. Aur as ka zaiqa bhut he shandar hota hai. Katwa ready honay par 3 hours sa 4 hour lugtay hain.thank dear for appreciation

Beef katwa but younger age bull is favorite. 2 year to 26 month old cow meat is favorite for katwa.. Many like goat sheep and buffalo.nice to hear that in your country same pot used .it is tasty delicious food of my village.thank for kind review 🌷🌷
