A Joyful Gathering: Tea Party Brings Friends Together

A beautiful tea party was arranged by our friends and then all the friends who have retired from the department and some friends who have gone on LPR also participated. In this way, this small tea party brought together the scattered friends and all the friends were very happy to meet each other. We had planned this tea party for our three staff members, one of whom is Fateh Khan and the other is Khalid Javed Khan because these friends have been away from us for a long time and have gone on LPR. But one of them, who is new to our school, Khalid Javed Khan, was given a tea party. This tea party was given by Atta Al-Mussan Sahib and thus all the staff members were invited to it. The tea party is also arranged so that all the staff members can sit together and solve the problems of their school and the activities that have taken place during a week or will be held next week are also observed or discussed in detail. In this way, every week, the tea party that is held The party is held with the same objectives: to think about whatever steps can be taken to improve the school and the learning process of the children in a better way, and to take those steps so that the children's learning can be improved and activity-based education can also be provided. In this way, every tea party begins in a beautiful manner and ends in a pleasant atmosphere.

The most discussed topic during this tea party was that winter is approaching, or rather, winter has already begun and the cold is increasing. In addition, there are instructions from the Government of Pakistan that sports should be organized for children in the month of November and competitions between different schools should be held in different games. Thus, it was also discussed that since there will be smog in November and children going out due to fog can prove to be harmful, it is better to organize games on the ground inside the school walls and not take the children to the playground outside. There were various suggestions on this that if the number of players or the number of schools increases, the coverage of the ground inside the school is less and it will decrease. So if more games start in a single day, then we will have to go to the outside grounds as a compulsion. But we also decided that we should plan something so that there are specific games in a day and in this way three to four All the games should be completed in a few days and the final and semi-final matches should be held outside in a large ground so that the crowd increases. During the games, the ground inside the school will be less for the public. Thus, different opinions were given and then the opinions of other schools and administrators will also be respected. What do they think about this? In addition, it was discussed that some children are not coming to school due to illness, so their holidays or absences are increasing. Their parents were also contacted and their parents said that children are not coming due to illness, so compassion towards these children increases. Children who were absent a lot from school were not coming home after doing homework or were not coming home after class tests and home tests that are given to them. It was also discussed about trying to give a report to the parents in a timely manner. Similarly, the children will have their performance exams at the end of November and thus these performance exams will also be monitored. It was discussed that it would be better if the performance exams were conducted before the start of the games or if it would be better if they were conducted at the end of the games. The notification of the government of the day is also being awaited regarding what the government says in this regard as to when the performance exams for the children will be held. All these talks and discussions took place and even the party continued and our friends who have recently come were welcomed and pleasant conversations were also had with our friends who have retired.

This journey of beautiful love, this gathering of beautiful love will continue as long as there are friendships, as long as there are loves, because we have to meet those friends who love us, who are close to us, and wherever a person works and has goals and works as a team, there are also tea parties. So I hope that this small tea party of ours, in which we discussed many issues and tried to take steps towards solving many problems, will always continue and flourish. And I will pray that all the friends you have, all the loved ones you have, all the people who love you, all the people who love you, will be happy with you and this beautiful bouquet of flowers that is a bouquet of friendship, a bouquet of love, will always remain permanent.
