My piece of advice!!!
They say "Advice is not a curse" but the day I witnessed my aunty giving some piece of advice to my sister, I wondered whether they'd rephrased that statement cause the kind of words that were coming out from my aunty's mouth were contrary to that phrase above. I witnessed my sister crying like a baby maybe the advice had onions in it or I happened to have missed that part.
We live in a world where technology has advanced greatly, which has impacted our lives positively and when looked closely you'd notice the negative aspects as well which have affected our lives that we forget about the genuine connection we feel with one another and the lies spreading all over the internet, currently, I don't seem to be interested in everything happening in the internet cause most of them aren't real, they've made it to the point that we don't know what to believe and I, at the other hand have decided not to believe any of it.
What's my advice for the next generation? They say what an old woman (me) sees while sitting young people can't see even if they climb the highest tree and that's what I'm here to share today with the coming generation cause I've been sitting and meditating on how helpful my advice would be.

My advice to the coming generation has to do with "originality" The word means being "special" being "interesting" and not being like everyone else, in the world today people fake everything about themselves, like their whole existence is a lie, ever come across someone like that, well if no, then I'm about to share my experience with you.
During my first year at the University, I happened to know someone who had been living a fake life, I knew everyone was trying to impress their coursemates since it was our first year in school and no one had the strength to go dip up someone else's history, so we were flowing with the show "why did I call it a show" well I don't know, the word just came and I accepted to use it.
After a while everything changed, she was not putting up with the show anymore, and all of a sudden she became like one of the normal students, with no more fancy clothes or shoes, before I forget she started taking the normal rides to school and I was shocked the first time I saw her, I thought she wasn't in the mood to ride the fancy cars "that's if people ever get tired of it". Later on, her bestie started sharing information about the girl and how she had been lying about her life.

Living a fake life isn't bad well it's bad "Don't do that" Faking one's lifestyle is more like telling a lie, and you know what lies do, I'm gonna tell you, the moment you tell a lie, you're gonna continue in telling lies just to keep up with whatever you are doing.
Always try to be real and original, people are gonna love you for who you truly are, there is no point in faking anything, learn to accept yourself for who you are, if you don't accept yourself then you are telling others not to accept you as well cause being yourself makes you feel cool and it attracts genuine people into your life. Don't care about what people think cause you weren't born to please or impress anyone but the only thing you have to do is to work hard to make your family proud and not work hard in trying to impress people who don't care about you.
Last note: originality pays.
Thanks for reading🌹
Fake life does more harm than good..it deprives one of peace of mind and the after effects at the long run isn't something advicable to start with in the first place
Being original and focused is the goal
