All about my yesterday!!!!

Happy Monday, I'm not excited because Mondays come with a lot of pressure, talking about my yesterday I engaged in plenty of activities yesterday and was wishing the day wouldn't come to an end, deep down I wanted Sunday to continue for like another five days but then that isn't possible and the major problem is the fact that it will never be possible.

A few weeks back my cousin sent me a flyer of a show that she would love for us to attend, personally, I don't have information about all these shows the only time I can be aware of a show is when I see a billboard of a show then I'd be anticipating the show with my full chest.

About my yesterday
I woke up very early, as early as 6 am I know my early can be late for some people though but then that's my own early hehe, went into the kitchen to do the dishes and also prepare breakfast that I will eat before leaving for service, after that I went to shower came out ironed the clothes I'd be wearing to church, I was glad the Nigerian nepa kept the electricity if not I would have worn rumpled clothes to church and I wouldn't care about anything cause I don't care if people were looking at me or not.

At about 7:30 am I was done with everything and was ready to leave for church, on my way to the junction to board a cab I opened my bag and wanted to check what the time was and realized I left my phone in the house, I had to run back to the house to get my phone before I got to church service had already started so I joined them, after the close of service got back home and was thinking of how I would style my hair for the show my cousin wanted us to attend, sat on the couch and different hairstyles were roaming in my head then boom something came up, I got an idea on what to make, so I went to a hair store and bought two yarns and started making my hair myself, since the show was to start by 6 pm I had to put on energy to finish the hair first so I'll have enough time to prepare for the show.

In the next five hours, I was almost done with my hair before my cousin chatted me up to remind me of the show, when I finished my hair it didn't take me long to be ready cause it was a show I'd anticipated for a while so I'd already prepared my outfit and everything was in place, so I dressed up looking pretty tho, I wanted to use public transportation but I couldn't cause I didn't know my way to the place if I had known hehe (my legs would have suffered) so I got to the venue a little early and was waiting for my cousin then she called me that she'd be running a little late so I went inside instead of standing outside looking like I'm lost, I bought the tickets and went into the space (it was held in an open space) the first thing I noticed was the stage the decoration was stunning then the ushers walked to me and was like "hi maam, you're welcome please let me show you to your sit" in my head I said wow then I replied wearing a beautiful smile on my face, how did I know about the smile sef! I followed the usher to my seat, sat down, and crossed my legs cause that's how ladies sit.

After a few minutes, my cousin texted that she was outside since I was with her ticket I went outside the moment I saw her, she looked like a model then I walked very fast to hug her, hugged her for some minutes then we entered and I ushered her to our seats.

The show started amazingly but then this African man time will not kill us!!! they started very late, a show of 6 pm starting by 7:30 pm haba na, I was a little angry cause I would not be able to stay till the end of the show because of work on Monday, but then I had to enjoy everything bit of it till the time I'd leave. There were so many deejays in the show, upcoming artists, and a lot of stand-up comedians, I was in my sit vibing to my favorite song then all of a sudden my eyes saw one of my favorite skit makers "Mark Angel" As soon as I saw him I tapped my cousin and point at where he was.

Seeing Mark Angel alone made my entire night, I felt fulfilled and my ticket money was well spent, I think at that time the show was becoming more interesting but then I had work the following day so I had to leave, we left the show around 10:45 pm booked a ride back home, when I got home I was thrilled in gisting my people that I saw mark angel when I told them they didn't even feel anything and I was a little disappointed then one told me he has seen mark angel on several occasion that I should calm down. Chai in the process of being calm I walked to the room had a shower and just slept off. My Yesterday in general was amazingly spent and I look forward to more days like that.
