You Just Never Know

Hey Hivers,

Finally back after destroying my phone. Why is it so hard to adult??

Super filled with emotions today. Big wild fires have taken the quaint mountain town of Jasper, Alberta. It's a very tragic and devastating situation. Unfortunately, my sister has lost her home and everything beloved within. It has been her sanctuary. Every detail mindfully placed and curated. For both her and her offspring. But, to loose not only a home but your entire community and likely even the hospital where she was employed. It's very difficult to make sense of. It's absolutely unreal.

The only solace is that she & her family are safe. It is unknown as to where things will go from here.

Wow. We really are not in charge.
