I recently had a wonderful leadership experience that has positively influenced my life. I've seen many times how people try to impose their opinions and, in the end, are ignored. A leader tries to persuade others positively and strives to be an example by guiding their group to achieve their goals. A leader who goes forward puts their heart, mind, and hands to work. As I mentioned, I arrived at an office to supervise, and I was assigned to help with cleaning, organizing, and writing some reports. I didn't sit there pointing fingers or telling them about their mistakes, but instead took the opportunity to help and inspire them. That attitude was more powerful and influential. A week later, I saw photos in which many felt involved and motivated, and carried out a major cleanup. The musical director is always an example because, although he leads the way, he understands and is involved in the entire process. I hope you enjoy this performance.

Hace poco tuve una experiencia maravillosa sobre el liderazgo que ha influido positivamente en mi vida. He visto en muchas oportunidades cómo las personas tratan de imponer sus criterios y al final no son oídos. Un líder trata de persuadir a los demás de manera positiva y se esfuerza por ser un ejemplo al guiar a su grupo para que obtengan el éxito en sus metas. Un líder que va adelante pone el pecho, la mente y sus manos para trabajar. Como les comentaba, llegué a una oficina a supervisar, y me tocó ayudar con la limpieza, el orden y con algunos informes. No me senté a señalarles, ni a decirles sus errores, sino que aproveché para ayudarles e inspirarles. Esa actitud fue más poderosa, e influyente. A la semana vi fotos en las cual muchos se sintieron involucrados y motivados y realizaron una limpieza mayor. El director musical siempre es un ejemplo, porque él, aunque lleva la batuta, él conoce y se involucra en todo el proceso. Espero que disfruten de esta interpretación.
