Looks Like HCR is Back on the Table

I was flabergasted.

During the Trump/Kamala debate, Trump admitted that he did not have a health care plan.

This amazed me because #HCR was central to his 2016 campaign.

I was distraught in 2016 because Trump's false campaign promise destroyed the ability to discuss #HCR during his administration.

Now that Trump has finally admitted that he does not have a plan, health care is back on the table.

Health Care Reform Starts With a Debate

I've been studying health care reform since the 1990s. The debate in the US is based on the false premise that group health insurance is the only way to fund health care.

Single payer and socialized medicine is state run insurance.

I worked for a state run insurance company writing programs to track claims and calculate premiums.

I realized that group insurance is a lousy way to fund health care.

After leaving the insurance industry, I decided to reverse engineer health care and realized that would be possible to create a free market alternative to health care.

NOTE: One can employ blockchain technology in this solution.

Unfortunately, our health care industry is dominated by insurance companies. Socialized care is insurance run by the state.

I've discovered that whenever I try to bring up alternatives to insurance, I am attacked by politicians on the left and right who receive funding from insurance.

Again, single payer health care is health care provided by a single state run insurance company. Please don't tell me that socializing insurance is the solution.

There is a better solution.

It All Starts with a Discussion

Yes, it took me a decade to formulate an alternative to insurance.

However, I realized that I could easily educate people on how to create an alternative with a simple discussion.

I've been looking for people brave enough to stand against the health care establishment and to engage in the debate.

I happen to live in Utah. Utah is weird. The state is dominated by the Mormon Church. The local church owns several insurance companies. It is hard to get things going here in the Beehive State.

I am willing to travel.

Anyway, now that Trump has pubically admitted that he never had a health care plan, it would be fun to hold the conversation that would start a real debate about health care reform.

I am posting here on Political Hive. I have a twitter account that I rarely use and a Truth Social Account that I never used.

I created the image for this post with NightCafe. It turned out pretty well. So, I think I will turn it into an NFT.

I will sell 4 editions of the NFT for 280 MEME. This covers the cost of creating the NFT.

Sadly the way the world is right now - I do NOT trust nationalized healthcare such as in Canada or the UK. Canada pushes voluntary euthanasia more than anything. You know how strongly these leaders favor eugenics, so I trust them zero.

The American system is fucked just as well but in a different way. The benefit to the American system is there are LOTS of players instead of just one. For better or for worse, all the systems are fucked currently.

The health care debate tends to focus on who should control the pool: Big Business or Big Government?

Conservatives argue that big business should control the pool. Spocialists argue that big government should control the pool.

I worked for a state run insurance company and realized that the pool is the problem.

The way to solve the problem is to break the pool into smaller components.

Socialized Medicine Ends with Euthanasia

When I started my research, I was criticized because the data I saw indicated that countries with socialized care would start encouraging assisted suicide to reduce costs. This will be common in the US as we move towards Medicare for All!

"Socialized Medicine Ends with Euthanasia"

People do not all have the ability to understand cause and effect. Just killing you is cheaper than treating you. The economic bottom line always will favor killing you in any single payer system. Censorship is better for the state than free speech. Defenseless civilians is better for the state than armed ones. Hyperprocessed lab grown food is better for the state than organic gardens.

The premise of institutions is contrary to human society, and every aspect of civil society that is institutionalized becomes controlled by evil. The less life is subject to institutions, the better life is for people.

Thanks!

Great video. Regulations were designed to concentrate power and not to provide care.

These powerful forces suppress the debate.

What one has to do is to wait for opportunities. Trump's admission that he never had a health care plan opens up an opportunity for debate.

"There is a better solution."

In 1974 the US had the best health care system in the world. Then Congress mandated employers provide health insurance to their employees, and ever since then health care has become more expensive and worse in quality in the US. Back then you could see a doctor who could agree to trade his services for a couple chickens, or a pig, or for nothing at all. Today the insurance companies that pay the vast majority of doctors' salaries won't tolerate such nonsense for a minute.

The way to solve the health care crisis is to stop 'improving' it, and restore the free market that put cash, chickens, and employer subsidies all in competition, enabling doctors to be dedicated to the good health of their communities rather than the financial health of insurance companies.

Thanks!

Your observation is correct. The US had great health care. We broke the system by piecemeal adding government programs to enhance the care.

BTW: Employer based care is a horrible system.

It only covers people when they are employed. Employer based care depends on having a socialized system like Medicare to step in when people retire.

The easiest way out of this trap is to provide an alternative to employer based health care.

The market cannot create such a system because of government regulations. Sadly, There has to be a political debate.

The solution I propose starts by analyzing health care from a whole life perspective. It then creates financial tools to help people fund a life time of care.
