Ocean Healer and Panyin - Holozing FanArt

Hola queridos amigos de la comunidad Holozing!

Espero se encuentren de maravilla, el día de hoy he venido a presentar una nueva ilustración inspirada en el universo Holozing, en esta oportunidad es la bella Sanadora del Oceano y el pequeño Panyin el nuevo integrante d ela comunidad, me pareció una criatura totalmente adorable así que decidí dibujarlo a ambos en un abrazo, como si fuese un gran oso de felpa blanco y negro. A continuación les muestro un poco del proceso de esta ilustración, espero sea de su agrado.

Hello dear friends of the Holozing community!

I hope you are all doing well. Today I am here to present a new illustration inspired by the Holozing universe. This time it features the beautiful Ocean Healer and little Panyin, the newest member of the community. I thought he was such an adorable creature that I decided to draw them both in an embrace, as if he were a big black and white teddy bear. Below, I'll show you a little bit of the process behind this illustration. I hope you like it.

En primer lugar hice el dibujo, quería algo muy dulce con alguno de los sanadores tomando entre sus brazos al pequeño y gordito Panyin, mientras este simplemente se deja mimar.
Lo siguiente fue añadir color, para la sanadora tome los colores originales del arte de Holozing y luego fue solo blanco y negro para Panyin.

First, I did the drawing. I wanted something very sweet, with one of the healers holding the chubby little Panyin in their arms while he simply lets himself be pampered.
Next, I added color. For the healer, I used the original colors from Holozing's artwork, and then it was just black and white for Panyin.

Luego procedí con el coloreado, comencé con la piel de la chica, añadiendo las luces, sombras y definiendo su rostro, lo quebmas me gusta de este personajes es su cabello corto y que parece muy tierna.
Como la iluminación seria un poco a contraluz comencé a añadir una luz más focalizada en la parts posterior de la sanadora, luego añadi tambien luces y sombras sobre la criatura definiendo algunas formas en su pelaje.

Lo siguiente fue colorear el fondo, yo cuando vi al panda es difícil no asociarlo con el bambú, así que esa fue mi elección segura para el fondo, un bosque de bambú con un camino en medio.

Then I proceeded with the coloring, starting with the girl's skin, adding highlights, shadows, and defining her face. What I like most about this character is her short hair and how cute she looks.
Since the lighting would be slightly backlit, I began adding a more focused light to the back of the healer, then added lights and shadows to the creature, defining some shapes in its fur.

The next step was to color the background. When I saw the panda, it was hard not to associate it with bamboo, so that was my obvious choice for the background: a bamboo forest with a path in the middle.

Luego jugué un poco con la iluminación del personaje, oscureciendo un poco la figura para situarla totalmente como debería y también hice que los árboles un difuminados y le añadi un tono azulado. Y finalmente así ha quedado esta nueva ilustración para la comunidad. A mi me gusto mucho, también esta nueva criatura que no conocia.

Then I played around with the character's lighting a bit, darkening the figure slightly to position it exactly as it should be, and I also blurred the trees and added a bluish tint. And finally, this is how the new illustration for the community turned out. I really like it, as well as this new creature that I didn't know before.
