Montando a caballo en las Lomas de Cubiro

Hola amigos de la comunidad!

Feliz fin de semana para todos, hoy vengo a contarles mi experiencia del segundo día de mi viaje a Cubiro, comenzamos por supuesto con una fría mañana acompañada del ruido propio de la cocina, las charlas y risas matutinas, al oír que ya muchos estaban activos decidí levantarme y ver como habían dormido todos y por supuesto a tomar algo de sol para calentarme.

Happy weekend to all, today I come to tell you my experience of the second day of my trip to Cubiro, we started of course with a cold morning accompanied by the noise of the kitchen, the morning chatter and laughter, hearing that many were already active I decided to get up and see how everyone had slept and of course to take some sun to warm up.

Al salir y saludar a todos me conseguí con las mascotas de lugar, que como todo animal de un lugar publico suelen ser mascotas muy cariñosas, la perrita le gustaba jugar y echarse patas arriba para recibir caricias en la panza y el gatito por su parte se restregaba contra mis piernas y como tenia olor a mis gatos, pude verlo oliéndome mas de lo común.

When I left and greeted everyone I met the local pets, which like all animals in a public place are usually very affectionate pets, the little dog liked to play and lay on her back to receive caresses on her belly and the kitten for its part rubbed against my legs and as it had the smell of my cats, I could see it smelling me more than usual.

Luego de un rico desayuno criollo se vino un gran reto, era hora tomar un baño, uno a uno se oían los gritos de pavor de quienes entraban a la ducha, que por supuesto no te llenaban de valor mas bien lo contrario, yo suelo disfrutar las duchas frías, pero esta estaba realmente fría, luego de esta ducha fui a dar un paseo y ver todas las flores, estaba lleno de margaritas una de mis flores favorita y yo estaba fascinada al verlas todas floridas, por supuesto vi otras variedades de hermosas flores.

After a delicious Creole breakfast came a great challenge, it was time to take a bath, one by one you could hear the screams of dread of those who entered the shower, which of course did not fill you with courage rather the opposite, I usually enjoy cold showers, but this one was really cold, after this shower I went for a walk and see all the flowers, it was full of daisies one of my favorite flowers and I was fascinated to see them all in bloom, of course I saw other varieties of beautiful flowers.

Aprovechamos la mañana para tomar unas fotos tratando de capturar la belleza de todo el conjunto de chalet y por supuesto guardar el recuerdo que estuvimos allí y mientras todos estábamos distraídos la perrita se robo algunas de la arepitas que se estaban asando al lado de la olla de la sopa en una fogata en el patio, por suerte allá el frio todo lo enfría muy rápido, espero que no haya llegado a sentir el calor.

We took advantage of the morning to take some pictures trying to capture the beauty of the whole chalet and of course to keep the memory that we were there and while we were all distracted the little dog stole some of the arepitas that were roasting next to the soup pot in a bonfire in the patio, luckily there the cold cools everything very fast, I hope she didn't feel the heat.

Pero luego de tomar la rica y calientita sopa, salimos todos a las Lomas de Cubiro de trata de un gran espacio de colina cubierto de grama, rodeado por un circuito donde pasean a caballo, por supuesto esta es una de mis actividades favoritas y no perdí mi oportunidad de dar una vuelta en un caballito marrón muy dulce, con las fuertes corrientes de aire el sombrero no fue muy ventajoso en esta oportunidad, y mientras los mas grandes nos sentamos en la grama, los mas chico comenzaron a rodar por las colinas, fue bastante divertido verlo aunque terminaran todos llenos de barro.

But after having the delicious and warm soup, we all went out to the Lomas de Cubiro, a big grassy hill surrounded by a circuit where they ride horses, of course this is one of my favorite activities and I did not miss my chance to take a ride on a very sweet little brown horse, with the strong air currents the hat was not very advantageous this time, and while the older ones sat on the grass, the younger ones started to roll down the hills, it was quite fun to watch even if they all ended up full of mud.

Disfrute mucho este día porque reviví algunos recuerdos de hace como 15 años cuando visite por primera vez este lugar con mis compañeros de bachillerato, y aunque esta oportunidad las finas gotas de lluvia impulsadas por las fuertes ráfagas de viento nos hizo irnos rápido del lugar se disfruto mucho la visita.

I really enjoyed this day because I relived some memories of about 15 years ago when I first visited this place with my high school classmates, and although this time the fine raindrops driven by strong gusts of wind made us leave the place quickly, I really enjoyed the visit.
