Everybody loves Wracko - Holozing FanART

Holooo, queridos amigos de la comunidad!

Espero se encuentren de maravilla, el día de hoy he venido a presentar una nueva ilustración para la comunidad, con mi criatura favorita Grass Raccoon y dos de los sanadores, la del océano y el bosque, esta ilustración inicialmente solo seria una pequeña practica de calentamiento, pero se me ocurrió convertirla en una divertida ilustración para la comunidad, a continuación les muestro el proceso de esta ilustración espero sea de su agrado!

Holo, dear friends of the community!

I hope you are all doing wonderfully. Today I am here to present a new illustration for the community, featuring my favorite creature, Grass Raccoon, and two of the healers, the ocean healer and the forest healer. This illustration was initially just meant to be a little warm-up exercise, but I decided to turn it into a fun illustration for the community. Below, I will show you the process behind this illustration. I hope you like it!

Como les comente esta solo seria una practica de anatomía, dibujando a partir de una fotografía a una pequeña familia, pero luego mirándola fijamente se me ocurrió la idea de convertirla en una ilustración con dos sanadores y un criatura del juego, como se imaginaran mi criatura favorita hasta ahora es el mapache verde, así que este seria el pequeño que es besado por los sanadores y luego elegí a estos sanadores para ser la pareja.

As I mentioned, this was just going to be an anatomy exercise, drawing a small family from a photograph, but then, as I stared at it, I had the idea of turning it into an illustration with two healers and a creature from the game. As you can imagine, my favorite creature so far is the green raccoon, so this would be the little one being kissed by the healers, and then I chose these healers to be the couple.

Cambie un poco la forma para hacerla mas estilizada y mas cercana al estilo anime y cambie también algunos detalles como la mano del sanador sobre el hombro de la sanadora del Océano como un gesto mas cercano y coqueto, esta seria la razón principal por la cual el mapache tiene cara de asombro y enojo, claro ademas del hecho que esta siendo besado en contra de su propia voluntad.

Change the shape a little to make it more stylized and closer to the anime style, and also change some details such as the healer's hand on the Ocean healer's shoulder as a more intimate and flirtatious gesture. This would be the main reason why the raccoon has a look of surprise and anger on its face, apart from the fact that it is being kissed against its will.

Luego procedi a hacer el coloreado, para esta elegí usar los colores presentes en el arte original del juego, ambos usando su uniforme, para el fondo había hecho solo un pequeño boceto de un parque natural, con arboles y algunos juegos de niños, pero lo deje en una base verde mientras definía a los personajes principales.

Then I proceeded to color it. For this, I chose to use the colors present in the original artwork of the game, both wearing their uniforms. For the background, I had only made a small sketch of a natural park, with trees and some children's games, but I left it on a green base while I defined the main characters.

Lo siguiente fue definir las luces y sombras, siguiendo el estilo del dibujo opte por un pincel plano con cierto nivel de opacidad para mezclar los colores y crear texturas limpias y suaves, para definir el cabello comencé delimitando las zonas en sombras y la dirección de los mechones de cabello y luego coloque las zonas de luz, tomando en cuenta que están al aire libre y que la fuente principal de luz es la ambiental.

The next step was to define the lights and shadows. Following the style of the drawing, I opted for a flat brush with a certain level of opacity to blend the colors and create clean, smooth textures. To define the hair, I began by delineating the shadow areas and the direction of the strands of hair, and then I placed the light areas, taking into account that they are outdoors and that the main source of light is ambient.

Seguidamente comencé a definir los pliegues en las telas de sus uniformes, lo primero que hice fue proyectar la luz de sus cabezas bajos sus cuellos y pechos y desde allí comencé a definir los pliegues y demás detalles, en cuanto a Wracko me guie igualmente por los colores y el patrón en su pelaje del arte original, siempre es un gusto colorear a este travieso.

Next, I began to define the folds in the fabric of their uniforms. The first thing I did was to project the light from their heads onto their necks and chests, and from there I began to define the folds and other details. As for Wracko, I was also guided by the colors and pattern of his fur in the original artwork. It's always a pleasure to color this mischievous character.

Por ultimo comencé a definir el fondo, tome como referencia el boceto que había dibujado previamente, definiendo mejor los arboles en el fondo y dibujando frondosas copas llenas de hojas y alguna lianas que cuelgan, seguidamente definí el suelo, usando un pincel de bordes difuminados para crear unos degradados de verde, por ultimo dibuje el columpio y estuvo listo.

Finally, I began to define the background, using the sketch I had drawn previously as a reference, better defining the trees in the background and drawing leafy treetops full of leaves and some hanging vines. Next, I defined the ground, using a brush with blurred edges to create green gradients. Finally, I drew the swing, and it was ready.

Basado en esta pose, me parece bastante obvio que esta sucediendo algo mas romántico entre ambos, pero que les parece a ustedes esta ilustración?

Based on this pose, it seems pretty obvious to me that something more romantic is going on between them, but what do you think of this illustration?
