Bailarina entre nenufares

Espero este siendo un gran fin de semana, hoy ha sido un día tranquilo para mi, he estado ordenando un poco mi habitación y dibujando, estaba un poco estresada porque no podía dar con una composición que quería, así que decidí apartar un poco la mirada y dibujar lo que llegara a mi mente, comencé entonce a dibujar la estructura de una bailarina equilibrándose sobre una sola pierna en puntillas, me gusto tanto este boceto que decidí entonces dibujar unas lineas mas precisa y colorear, les mostrare un poco de este pequeño ejercicio de hoy y espero sea de su agrado.

I hope this being a great weekend, today has been a quiet day for me, I have been tidying up my room and drawing, I was a little stressed because I could not come up with a composition I wanted, so I decided to look away a little and draw whatever came to my mind, I began then to draw the structure of a dancer balancing on one leg on tiptoe, I liked this sketch so much that I decided then to draw some more precise lines and coloring, I will show you a little of this little exercise today and I hope you like it.

Como les comente al principio dibuje la estructura de una bailarina de ballet equilibrándose, mientras se mantiene muy serena, luego procedí a hacer el lineart de mi dibujo ya con poco mas de seriedad, quería hacer lineas expresivas y precisas, mi idea con este ejercicio era por supuesto superar el lienzo vacío en que llevaba algunas horas, así que debía ser algo sencillo y entretenido, para el fondo solo dibuje un estanque con nenúfares, mientras ella misma se equilibra sobre una hoja.
Luego continué con el coloreado, para esto decidí combinarla un poco con el entorno, elegí entonces los colores típicos de las flores del nenúfar, como si ella misma fuese una flor del estanque.

As I said at the beginning I drew the structure of a ballet dancer balancing herself, while she keeps very serene, then I proceeded to make the lineart of my drawing with a little more seriousness, I wanted to make expressive and precise lines, my idea with this exercise was of course to overcome the empty canvas in which I had been some hours, so it should be something simple and entertaining, for the background I only drew a pond with water lilies, while she herself balances on a leaf.
Then I continued with the coloring, for this I decided to combine her a little with the environment, so I chose the typical colors of the water lily flowers, as if she herself was a flower of the pond.

Luego porcedí a hacer el coloreado, mi idea inicial y la cual mantuve fue la de colocar los diferentes tono de forma solida, sin difuminar los contornos, en primer lugar ubique las sombras sobre la piel, para esto elegí tonos con un toque de violeta, luego coloree el cabello y añado un tono reflejo grisáceo bastante marcado en este y sobre la piel.

Then I proceeded to do the coloring, my initial idea and which I kept was to place the different tones in a solid way, without blurring the contours, first place the shadows on the skin, for this I chose tones with a touch of violet, then color the hair and add a grayish reflection tone quite marked in this and on the skin.

Luego dibuje las sombras sobre el vestido, para esta parte use una capa extra para poder usar un modo de fusión, y que la sombra quedara bien en ambos tonos del degradado del vestido, seguidamente y también en una capa superior dibuje las zonas mas luminosas del vestido, para el cual elegí nuevamente tonos violetas grisáceos, pero mas luminosos

Definí entonces el resto del paisaje dibujando un par de flores sobre la superficie del agua y contorneando las figuras, dibuje también algunos tonos bajos y zonas luminosas en la superficie del agua y el resto del fondo, pero manteniendo los colores sin degradar, y manteniendo la composición muy sencilla.

Then I drew the shadows on the dress, for this part I used an extra layer to be able to use a blend mode, and that the shadow was well in both tones of the gradient of the dress, then and also in a top layer I drew the more luminous zones of the dress, for which I chose again grayish violet tones, but more luminous

I then defined the rest of the landscape drawing a couple of flowers on the surface of the water and outlining the figures, I also drew some low tones and luminous areas on the surface of the water and the rest of the background, but keeping the colors without gradient, and keeping the composition very simple.

Y así luce esta pequeña ilustración, me gusta especialmente su expresión, me gustaría convertirla en un sticker y decorar mi celular o mi laptop o cuadernos con algo con este estilo, me gusto mucho este día y poder haber hecho este ejercicio que me obligue a mi misma a hacer, espero retomar mis dibujos diarios y superar el lienzo vacío que muchas veces de apodera de mi pantalla.

And this is what this little illustration looks like, I especially like its expression, I'd like to make it into a sticker and decorate my cell phone or my laptop or notebooks with something in this style, I really liked this day and being able to do this exercise that I force myself to do, I hope to resume my daily drawings and overcome the empty canvas that often overtakes my screen.
