Existe una unidad de policías encargados de monitorear aquellos delincuentes que luego de cumplir su condena en la cárcel, al salir para rectificar que han cambiado y no cometerán nuevos delitos, deben estos llevar un radar en su tobillo el cual le permite a estos agentes saber que están haciendo y cuando se descarga deben verlos para seguir el monitoreo, pero estos agentes no pueden ir solo ya que no tienen del todo para protegerse, un agente especial, en artes marciales deben acompañarlos para que cualquier anomalía estos puedan defenderlos, es ahí cuando Lee conoce a Kim Sun-min (Kim Sung-kyun) quien será su superior tras aceptar estar un tiempo en ese trabajo.
Parece algo sencillo al principio solo monitorear y llamar para que cumplan las reglas de reportarse y llevar estas tobilleras electrónicas, pero resulta que no todos son capaces de cambiar y que tarde o temprano caen en la tentación en aquello que algunas vez fueron acusados, cuando Lee ataca a su primer delincuente tras un incidente, se da cuenta que la adrenalina y el sentimiento de lograr proteger a alguien es más fuerte y que la diversión en este trabajo apenas comienza, la responsabilidad se vuelve más importante y necesitan de sus habilidades para lograr mantener todo en calma.
Realmente no serán sencilla porque se encontrará con basuras que querrán hacer lo mismo sobre todo un violador de niños que tras salir de su condena deberá estar al pendiente de su vida por cualquier irregularidad, algo ilógico porque era preferible que no saliera, pero para Lee será un momento problemático porque ¿logrará mantenerlo al margen? Evitará ¿Qué haga daño a un niño? Es una gran responsabilidad que para Lee lo hará crecer y aprender que en la vida cuando descubres que puedes dar algo más por el bienestar de otros vale la pena arriesgarlo todo.
