INJUSTICIA ECONÓMICA Y LA BRECHA SALARIAL/ECONOMIC INJUSTICE AND THE WAGE GAP CONTEST 144
Un placer y un gusto saludarlos por acá y poder participar en este nuevo concurso #144, donde nos encostramos con una variedad de temas que son de gran importancia analizar, pensar y entender lo que cada uno significa.

En mi caso decidí enfocarme en la injusticia económica y la brecha salarial, tanto porque lo he vivido como he visto personas que lo pasan. Sabemos que siempre ha existido la diferencia entre hombres y mujeres, y no hablo solo por la parte física, sino también de sus habilidades para hacer ciertos trabajos, así como el hecho de sentir que es más conveniente uno que el otro, donde se apoyan en la edad, en el tiempo que invierten, en la raza, en la ocupación personal que puedan tener o simplemente por cómo se puedan comportar en ciertas circunstancias.
Muchas veces conseguimos trabajos en donde la edad toma un juego importante en donde te dicen que más joven mejor de 18 a 25 años si es mujer, si es hombre si puede ser mayor a eso, porque así evitas que en el caso de la mujer tenga responsabilidades con la familia, aunque sabemos que hoy en día existen madres jóvenes, la raza si es más blanca, si es morena sirve para este trabajo o no, si es grande o pequeña, todo juega y sobre todo para la mujer, claro hay hombres que también pasan sus dificultades pero seamos claro que la mujer tiende a tener más debilidades y diferencia.
Otro caso que ocurre mucho es que al pesar de la experiencia que la mujer pueda tener en ciertos países el machismo es tan imponente que prefieren darle más crédito a un hombre que a una mujer por el siempre hecho de ser hombre, lo cual hace que la brecha salarial sea más imponente y afecte no solo aquellas mujeres que buscan emprender y ser mejor en el ámbito laboral si no también aquellas parejas que por esa brecha e injusticia que se comete en la parte económica crean entre ellos mismo una competencia sin fin.

Cada uno de estos aspectos me hace pensar que la realidad que nos rodea y que afecta más que todo a la mujer radica en la familia, en que debemos enfocarnos en que sobre todo nuestros niños aprendan que hombres y mujeres por igual pueden trabajar lo mismo, claro hay empleos que unos se ejecutan mejor que el otro, que depende de la fuerza física de un hombre o que depende de la gracias y delicadeza de una mujer pero que pueden variar si se puede, así como la idea de que no debe afectar eso en lo económico, en adquirir un empleo, en que si eres mujer vas a pedir mucho permiso, si ocurre pero también como mujeres buscamos la vuelta para poder cumplir con todo.
Es por ello que no debe existir una brecha entre lo que recibes y el cómo te tratan, todos por igual podemos hacerlos, representar en alto nuestro género y cumplir a cabalidad nuestras actividades laborales, así como se intenta en casa.

In my case I decided to focus on economic injustice and the wage gap, both because I have lived it and I have seen people going through it. We know that there has always been a difference between men and women, and I'm not just talking about the physical part, but also about their abilities to do certain jobs, as well as the fact of feeling that one is more convenient than the other, where they rely on age, the time they invest, race, the personal occupation they may have or simply how they may behave in certain circumstances.
Many times we get jobs where age plays an important role, where they tell you that the younger the better, from 18 to 25 years old if it is a woman, if it is a man it can be older than that, because this way you avoid that in the case of the woman she has responsibilities with the family, although we know that nowadays there are young mothers, the race if she is whiter, if she is brown is good for this job or not, if she is big or small, everything plays and especially for the woman, of course there are men who also have their difficulties but we are clear that the woman tends to have more weaknesses and differences.
Another case that happens a lot is that despite the experience that women may have in certain countries machismo is so imposing that they prefer to give more credit to a man than to a woman for the mere fact of being a man, which makes the wage gap is more imposing and affects not only those women who seek to undertake and be better in the workplace but also those couples that by this gap and injustice that is committed in the economic part create among themselves an endless competition.

Each one of these aspects makes me think that the reality that surrounds us and that affects women more than anything else lies in the family, in that we should focus on our children learning that men and women can work the same, of course there are jobs that some are executed better than the other, There are jobs that depend on the physical strength of a man or that depend on the grace and delicacy of a woman but that can vary if they can, as well as the idea that this should not affect the economic aspect, in acquiring a job, that if you are a woman you are going to ask for a lot of permission, yes it happens but also as women we look for the way back to be able to comply with everything.
That is why there should not be a gap between what you receive and how you are treated, we can all do the same, represent our gender and fulfill our work activities to the fullest, just as we try to do at home.

I think a good decade or two is needed for things to change and as it happens with everything, some countries will always be lagging.

With education many are starting to slowly come into their own within work space, everything takes time.
In some countries large strides forward have been accomplished, this will in time filter through.
