Hola queridos amigos de @holos.lotus, saludos y bendiciones, en esta oportunidad vengo para dar mi opinión en el Post del amigo @emiliorios.

Empezar el año plateándote nuevas metas es muy importante pero también haciendo cosas nuevas que te ayuden a mantener la calma y control a raíz de todos los problemas e incertidumbres que pueda haber sobre todo este año que bueno ha comenzado algo fuerte a lo que uno esperaba, generando más preocupaciones e incertidumbres, sintiendo que las cosas están más complicadas que antes y eso a la final genera desesperación, fatiga y pensamientos que no ayudan mucho, pero que por tal motivo no hay que dejarse y hay que buscar la manera de salir de ello.
Es por ello que para mantener en lo que cabe la calma y poder continuar las cosas en lo que cabe lo más normal que se pueda, aunque esto no quiera decir que uno tenga que alejarse por completo de la situación que ocurre en mi país, pero si al menos intentar sobrellevar las cosas y seguir adelante, rogando a Dios que esto mejore y que el año pueda generar cosas mejores para todos, pero mientras eso va pasando recomiendo hacer cosas que te gusten, cuando algo no va bien, cuando la desesperación parece carcomerte es mejor hacer lo que te gusta, eso distrae mucho y te motiva.
Es necesario hacer algo que te guste para poder distraerte, así mismo ayudarte a organizar las cosas, continuar con lo que deseas mejorar en este año, por lo menos yo quiero mejorar mi ingles jeje así que estudiar ello me ayudará a tener otros enfoques, hacer nuevas rutinas, si son de salud es bueno como tomar un momento para hacer ejercicios, como trotar eso hace que la mente se distraiga y se sienta mejor el ambiente, así mismo como escuchar música, eso ayuda mucho, permite que las energías fluyan mejor y que cualquier preocupación sea menos fuerte, se siente que se puede pensar de una forma diferente.
Nuevo año, nuevos sueños, nuevos horizontes, pese a todo hay que continuar, no niego que he estado más nervioso de lo normal por todo lo que está pasando en el país, pero trate de hacer algunas de las cosas que les mencione anteriormente, así mismo busco mantener la calma y no preocuparme del todo, no es sencillo pero hay que hacerlo, por el bien físico y mental de uno mismo, porque hay problemas que parece que empeoran más en cuanto va pasando el tiempo pero todo a la final tiene solución, quizás ahorita las cosas están más apretadas de lo que uno quisiera, pero no hay que rendirse, es una piedra más en el camino que hay que pasar y no dejarse vencer por ello, en la vida no siempre las cosas son sencillas, pero no por ello hay que dejarse caer, un nuevo mañana siempre saldrá.

That is why, to remain calm as much as possible and be able to continue things as normally as possible, although this does not mean that one has to completely distance oneself from the situation that is happening in my country, but at least try to cope with things and move on, praying to God that this improves and that the year can generate better things for everyone, but while that is happening I recommend doing things that you like, when something is not going well, when desperation seems to eat away at you, it is better to do what you like, that is very distracting and motivates you.
It is necessary to do something that you like to be able to distract yourself, as well as help you organize things, continue with what you want to improve this year, at least I want to improve my English hehe so studying it will help me have other approaches, do new routines, if they are for health it is good like taking a moment to do exercises, like jogging that makes the mind distracted and the environment feels better, just like listening to music, that helps a lot, it allows the energies to flow better and any worries is less strong, you feel that you can think in a different way.
New year, new dreams, new horizons, despite everything we have to continue, I don't deny that I have been more nervous than normal because of everything that is happening in the country, but I tried to do some of the things that I mentioned before, I also try to stay calm and not worry at all, it is not easy but it has to be done, for the physical and mental good of oneself, because there are problems that seem to get worse as time goes by but in the end everything has a solution, maybe right now things are better. tighter than one would like, but one must not give up, it is one more stone on the road that one must pass and not let oneself be defeated by it, in life things are not always simple, but that does not mean one should let oneself fall, a new tomorrow will always emerge.
