Today I bring you a very beautiful manwha, both in terms of its artistic and visual aspects and the story itself. It is very romantic, but also about second chances and how true love defies the lies we tell each other, so I hope you like it.

It was officially published on KakaoPage in 2021, with Drug Jelly as the original author, Han Yujeong/Hound as the scriptwriter, and Kim Jiei as the illustrator. It is a romance and fantasy story that can be found on the following official websites: Kaokaopage (Korean) and Tapas (English).
As for the plot…
The story centers on Leticia, the daughter of the Empire's Saint, who is supposedly a cruel and bloodthirsty tyrant, but that is completely untrue, as she is cruelly mistreated by her mother and her wings, who are like her guardians, all so that the young woman can be the scapegoat for her evil plans. Before marrying her future husband, King Ditrian, Leticia is cursed, meaning that if she does not kill the King, she will die.
However, she does not do so because she loves him, enduring the entire process of the curse. Before it can destroy her, her husband dies at the hands of her mother, leaving her devastated and eventually dying herself. By a miracle, she is brought back moments before her wedding (still under the curse), so she decides to change her destiny, that of her beloved, and that of everyone in the empire and the kingdom, vowing to reveal her true nature and put an end to her mother's plans. Will she be able to reverse that cruel fate, or will history repeat itself?
Personal opinion
It's a story that I really liked, and I found the artwork unique and beautiful. It was frustrating to see the protagonist's mother and how she mistreated the people of the kingdom of Ditrian and him, but I loved that Leticia, despite the abuse and psychological damage she received from the person who brought her into the world, did not give up and was determined to protect those she loved and all her people in general. Her kindness and courage were her best weapons and what made the rest see who she really was. The lies were put aside, giving everyone a common goal: “to end evil and finally be happy.”
It is a profound, emotional story with well-developed characters, although I felt that the secondary characters were somewhat lacking, as if they were suddenly left aside. It is an entertaining plot, and I loved how the protagonist, as he got to know her, came to believe deeply in her, which was the basis for building a relationship of trust, communication, and mutual understanding. The art is extremely beautiful and fits the atmosphere that the story conveys, and I think the expressions are very well done.
Positive points…
-One of the elements I liked the most was the well-handled humor. It didn't feel too clownish, but rather in keeping with the story.
-An innovative plot, seeing someone so cruel become an extremely sweet person, those mood swings struck me as unique.
-Good character development.
-A romance with well-developed growth.
-Attractive art.
Negative points…
-I feel that some people will find the beginning very repetitive, with the theme of the duke being madly in love.
-Certain parts of the plot lack further development.

Hoy vengo a traerles un manwha muy bonito, tanto en apartado artístico-visual, como la historia en sí, es muy de romance, pero también de segundas oportunidades y como el verdadero amor llega desafiar las mentiras que se tenía hacia el otro, así que espero les guste.
Saving My Sweetheart (다정한 그대를 지키는 방법)
Fue publicada oficialmente en KakaoPage para el año 2021, donde su autor original es Drug Jelly, mientras que el guion estuvo a cargo Han Yujeong/Hound y en la parte de ilustración Kim Jiei. Es una historia de romance y fantasía que puede ubicarse en los siguientes sitios oficiales: Kaokaopage (coreana) y Tapas (Ingles).
En cuanto a la trama…
La historia se centra en Leticia, la hija de la Santa del Imperio quien supuestamente es una tirana cruel y sediente de sangre, pero eso es completamente una mentira, pues es maltratada cruelmente por su madre y sus alas, que serian como los guardianes de la misma, todo con el fin de que la joven fuese su chivo expiatorio para sus perversos planes. Leticia antes de casarse con su futuro esposo, el rey Ditrian, es maldecida, consistiendo en que, si no mata el Rey, ella moriría.
Sin embargo, ella no lo hace porque lo ama, sufriendo todo el proceso de la maldiciendo y antes de que está acabara con ella, su esposo muere por parte de su madre, algo que la dejó devastada, muriendo posteriormente. Por un milagro, es devuelta momentos antes de su boda (aun con la maldición), por lo que decide cambiar su destino, el de su amado y el de todos en el imperio y el reino, proponiéndose a revelar su verdadera naturaleza y acabar con los planes de su madre ¿Será capaz de revertir ese cruel destino o la historia volverá a repetirse?
Opinión personal
Es una historia que me gusto mucho y que el arte se me hizo único y bonito, me desesperaba ver la madre de la protagonista y como maltrataba a los del reino de Ditrian y a él mismo, pero me encantaba que Leticia, a pesar del maltrató y el daño psicológico que recibía de quien la trajo al mundo, no se rendía y era decidida a proteger a quien amaba y a todos los suyos en general, su bondad y valentía fueron sus mejores arma y lo que hizo que el resto viera quien era en realidad, las mentiras se dejaron a un lado, haciendo que todos tuviesen un objetivo en común: “acabar con el mal y ser finalmente feliz”.
Es una historia profunda, emotiva y con buen desarrollo de sus personajes, aunque si falto un poco más en personajes secundarios, como que fueron dejados a un lado de repente, es una trama entretenida y amé como el protagonista a medida que la fue conociendo, fue creyendo profundamente en ella algo, eso fue la base para que se construyera una relación en confianza, comunicación y de entendimiento mutuo. El arte es sumamente hermoso y va de acuerdo a la atmosfera que la historia transmite, aunado que se me hace que las expresiones son bien logradas.
Puntos positivos…
-Una de los elementos que más me gusto es el humor bien manejado, no se sintió como muy payasa, sino acorde a la historia.
-Una trama innovadora, ver a alguien tan cruel, convertido en una persona sumamente dulce, esos cambios de animo se me hicieron único.
-Un buen desarrollo en sus personajes.
-Un romance con un crecimiento bien logrado.
-Arte atractivo.
Puntos negativos…
-Siento que algunos van a encontrar como el inicio muy repetitivo, con el tema del duque todos locamente enamorado.
-Ciertas parte de la trama, le falto como que más desarrollo.
