A little over two years ago, a friend from university who graduated after me, since she was behind in one subject, was finally presenting her final defense of her thesis. I helped her with the theoretical part, which was the most difficult for her and was the reason she was delayed a semester. She is very good at practical things, like drawings, sculpture, etc., but in that aspect, she struggled a lot. Therefore, I spent a lot of time with her, guiding her, since I found the theory easier.

That day, another classmate and I, who graduated with me, were the only three of us left from the first semester. We'd known each other for a long time, so I couldn't miss that day and wanted to support her. Everything went wonderfully; she was excellent. She defended her work very well, despite her nerves, which sometimes got the better of her. Perhaps it was because we kept repeating things, and I was there to support her, explaining things in simpler ways so she could learn. She was also very committed to her final artwork and already knew the whole process, which allowed her to flow naturally at every moment.

It really made me very happy that she achieved that goal. I know that not everyone who started in the same period as me reached that goal; most left around the third semester. But each one was able to achieve their own, and for her, this was her important moment and proof of herself that she could do it, because she didn't have the confidence to reach the end, and she did.
