Hello friends, I think there is no person in the world who would refuse a refreshing cocktail on a hot day. Well today I bring you a video tutorial of a super delicious and fresh one. A few days ago the temperature has risen more than usual and all I can think of is to be inside a pool drinking a few cocktails. I already need a vacation, but for now as I do not have a pool nearby, I just had to prepare a cocktail, that is if I could.

The first thing I did was to see what ingredients I had to define the drink I would prepare, and yes, I had a pineapple, small, but it would do, and a few lemons. With the high temperatures we must have something cold to cool the throat when we take the first sip, because not even thinking about drinking rum or tequila all at once, it would burn us inside. Therefore, I decided to make a pineapple margarita. I will show you the ingredients I used shortly.

Hola amigos, creo que no hay persona en el mundo que rechace un refrescante cóctel un día de inmenso calor. Pues hoy te traigo un video tutorial de uno super delicioso y fresco. Hace unos días la temperatura ha subido más de lo normal y lo único que pienso es estar dentro de una piscina tomando unos cuantos cócteles. Ya necesito unas vacaciones, pero por lo pronto como no tengo una piscina cerca, solo me quedaba prepararme un cóctel, eso si podía.

Lo primero que hice fue mirar que ingredientes tenía para definir el trago que prepararía, y si, tenía una piña, pequeña, pero servía, y unos cuantos limones. Con las altas temperaturas debemos tomar algo frío que refresque la garganta cuando bebamos el primer sorbo, porque ni pensar tomar ron o tequila así de golpe, nos quemaría por dentro. Por lo tanto, decidí elaborar una margarita de piña. En breve te muestro los ingredientes que utilicé.

• 3 lemons / 3 limones
• White sugar / Azúcar blanca
• Ice / Hielo
• Tequila / Tequila

The first thing I did was to make natural syrup, for which I mixed sugar and water and made it like a syrup, but more watery.

Lo primero que hice fue elaborar jarabe natural, para ello se mezcla azúcar y agua y se hace como un almíbar, pero más aguadita.

Then peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes to macerate it very carefully. The riper the pineapple, the better, the more color and sweetness it will provide, and the easier it is to crush.

Luego pelar la piña y cortarla en pequeños cubos para macerarla con mucho cuidado. La piña mientras más madura mucho mejor, le proporcionará más color y dulzura, además de aplastarse con mayor facilidad.

Chop the lemons to extract their juice and add it to the macerated pineapple. Then add the tequila, the orange liqueur and the natural syrup previously prepared.

Picar los limones para sacar su jugo y este agregarlo a la piña macerada. Seguidamente se añade el tequila, el licor de naranja y el jarabe natural previamente elaborado.

Pour the whole mixture with the ice and shake it vigorously. Finally, decorate the glass with sugar, a slice of pineapple and a few slices of lemon.

Toda la mezcla verterla junto al hielo para agitar con fuerza. Así se mezclarán todos los sabores de la preparación. Finalmente decorar el vaso con azúcar, una rodajita cortada de piña y unas rodajas de limón.
